The hotel was very clean and functional. The location was excellent, near the Huai Khwang MRT, allowing easy transport to Chatuchak and Chinatown. It is also near the local Huai Khwang, Thailand Culture Centre night market. Less than 5-minute walk to the BIG C supermarket
The staff was very helpful in showing us the way around and pointing out ways of getting around Bangkok.
I arrived at the hotel and checked in around 2:00 PM. The male receptionist, who was wearing a suit and appeared to be middle-aged, confirmed my booking and mentioned the payment for the deposit. However, I did not hear or confirm the type of bed, and I did not specify my preference. I intended to have a single bed, but I was given a room with a double bed instead. When I requested a change, the receptionist informed me that no rooms were available.
Additionally, the power outlet near the mirror was not working. When I opened the curtain, I could see the hallway, which made me feel a lack of privacy. The room also had poor soundproofing, as I could hear Chinese-speaking guests walking by and talking outside the room. I am very disappointed with my experience at your hotel, and I regret my decision to stay here. The stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope you will address the issues I have raised. I look forward to hearing back from you and receiving clarification or an appropriate resolution.
