I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews because this place exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They went out of their way to recommend great activities and places to visit, which added so much to our trip.

The pool is beautiful, but the water is stagnant, which could be improved. The gym is quite small, and unfortunately, some equipment isn’t functional. Location wise, it’s a bit secluded. There are no nearby night markets or street food vendors, but there’s a 7-Eleven and Big C about a 15-20 minute walk away. Alternatively, you can order online. Getting around requires using Grab or Bolt, which can be a bit pricey and not many drivers would accept the order.

With that said, for the price I paid, this place is absolutely worth it. It’s peaceful, quiet, and relaxing, a great spot to unwind. Despite the minor downsides, I would definitely recommend it!

My stay at Murraya Residence was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had in Bangkok during my 15 days of travel here. The room I was given was located next to a garage, with unbearable noise from vehicles and motorcycles starting at all hours, day and night. Rest was out of the question under such conditions.

To make matters worse, the room itself was in an appalling state. A foul stench of mold and dampness filled the air, making it extremely unpleasant to stay in. I even found a cockroach in the room, and the bed was infested with bedbugs, a clear indication of the establishment’s shocking lack of hygiene and maintenance.

the gym was a complete disappointment as well. Several pieces of equipment were either broken or unusable, making it practically non-functional.

I’ve stayed in various accommodations across Bangkok during my trip, and I have never encountered anything as bad as this. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-maintained place, avoid Murraya Residence at all costs. It was a terrible experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
