Very boring basic hotel with uninterested staff. Good enough though if you have to be in Bangkok for just one night. Carpark there. 5 min. Walk from BTS Wutthapan

Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean... Price good. Location not great.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms, air conditioned, and very good staff. Much better than a hostel for the price.
Location is far from the airport but in a really nice residential part of town. Not a place to stay if you want to party on khao San Road, but very good to just relax.
Make sure you bring a Thai phrasebook as hardly anybody speaks any English.
Even with this, the staff were still very nice and extremely helpful.
Would stay there again, no problem.

Neat and clean budget hotel. The breakfast is a real disappointment: with no kitchen everything is microwaved, including eggs,

Security was very helpful until it came to actual security, intruder barged into the place and punch me several times, and all they did was call the cops.

We stayed here one night and oh my god never again. It was like a old hotel from the movies everything was well worn and old decor from the 60s or 70s. The room itself was small with a bed and bathroom separate I did not like the environment and as far as I remember the Wi-Fi was rubbish. However it's served the purpose of being near where we wanted to be.
