Good location in quiet, western side of old town, just near to the most beautiful Wat (Phra Singh). Bright, modern room, not to big but with all amenities (fridge) comfortable bed. Hotel have even a small pool. The price was very atractive. The biggest advantage was the breakfast, with the wide choice of product: not only toasts, jam, grains, fruits etc. but also fresh vagetables and asian food: clear soups, rice, stir fried vegetables, stir fried meat (p.e. chicken with ginger) or curry - every day another options (we spent there 6 nights).

The only reason i gave them a two star is the friendliness of the staff.
The bed was rock hard and the bathroom smelled like the sewer. When you shower the whole toilet gets wet because there is no separation. There is no elevator, so if you’re going up to the fourth floor you’re screwed. And don’t get me started about breakfast! The scrambled eggs were not eatable..

Cozy place to stay in. Very accommodating reception staff. Clean and comfy. Yummy breakfast. Close to the sunday night market and other shops.

The private room was clean, modern and spacious.

A nice hotel in central Chiang Mai. Close to temples, and only a few minutes walk from the Sunday Market, which I would highly recommend.
Rooms are comfortable, quiet and air-conditioned.
The hotel provides a wide range of amenities such as free bottled water, a taxi service to the airport for a fixed fee of 180 THB and luggage storage.
The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many choices - from Pad Thai to Cereal.
Swimming pool was okay - could have used a little clean. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Good value for money. Friendly service. Well situated in the old center without the noise of bars or busy streets. Walls are thin so you need some luck with your neighbours... Beds are very hard - as in a mattress on a concrete block - so not for people with back problems. (This was in a private room)
