Please please before you book the hotel, read the comments. First of all, I booked online for 5 nights per night 400 baht. But when I arrived at the hotel it was not the same as the pictures. And I cancelled, but they told me no refund anyway Hotel stuff is very dirty and defective. And there is no service for cleaning.tgey doesn't care about clean or customers. In chiang mai have same prices hotel very very clean. Go inn hotel in chiang mai all is the same dirt.

Good location. Easy for city walk. Room was clean and facilities is enough for a day. Easy for check in and out

Room is ok, staffs are good but You can hear all sounds of neighbor rooms. Very noisy.
