Booked again for Songkran...so I liked it. I moved over to Hotel section. Polite staff. Good breakfast. Pool. Nice large clean rooms. Close to everything. Great place to wander around. Fab restaurants everywhere.

Very cozy and welcoming place, not for the fancy looking kind of people. Extremely cheap, nice staff, nice breakfast, very authentic area nice to walk by foot and explore .

Sorry but could not sleep because the AC was very lound and went on and off all the time (I had to turn it off). The other guest house places I have been were different.
The water out of the toilet and the sink smells very bad when I arrived.
The sheets had lots of yellow spots and may have been used for long..
The big bed is very cheap, wobbles and makes noises when moving.
I need a place to sleep but here it is very noisy and you can hear people walking outside, imagine how you hear the workers or motorbikes.
The room is big though...
