First room have a foul smell.. second room air con generator motor can be heard clearly..

Very nice personnel and good rooms. Breakfast is on the roof with a nice view. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the inner ring road and the night market. Only downside is the size of the pool.

Good, friendly, and accomodating service! :) Nice location close (within 5-10 mins) to walking spots such as Chiang Mai's Night Bazaar and the entrance to Tha Phae (East) Gate into old city. Breakfast buffet is on the rooftop, and I liked their strong coffee. 24hrs convenience store almost across the street from the hotel. Didn't try the pool, and the tour desk wasn't open early enough for an early riser like me.

Location: strategic. Heading left, 10 mins walk to 2 night market. Heading15 mins walk to Tha Phae gate and Sunday night market. A supermarket , ATMs nearby. Moslem can find halal/safe food at night market also at Halal Rice & Noodle, a small restaurant with delicious meals. Starbucks cafe is near the 2 night market. Friendly and genuine staff, especially the reception; Ten and the room cleaner ladies. Ten is willing to give advises /suggestions. Clean room & interesting wall interior, affordable price for its minibar, good wifi and cable tv. 24hrs access and they provide something to play /board games while waiting for transportation. Positive experience.

it was fine. Suitable to transfer overnight. The first room we had the mattress was awful !! The day after the awful night I asked for a room change and I was glad to have moved to a room with a relatively new mattress. Still not very comfortable but much better than the first. The problem in the other room was that there was no flow of water in the groove and was full of ants. In short a 2-3 star hotel. Does not justify the price.

The hotel doesn’t look like the photos on here. It’s totally different. It’s not that clean.
There are a lot of small cockroaches in the room. I told the reception and showed them. They seemed not to care about that. The rooms are not clean and a bit scary!

Great value for money, decent breakfast and quite modern rooms. Staff could use some english class but all ok
