Love this place! Best stay I (D) had in Chiang Mai, even compared to hotels with pools I stayed in. I booked the single person room and it had everything I needed: it’s clean, had my own shower and toilet and there is even a small fridge. The owner is very friendly and even provides a small breakfast. Location is great. I would definitely stay here if I go back to Chiang Mai!

We stayed two days longer because of the location next to all the important spots of Chiang Mai old city. The super polite and helpful staff helped us with all the problems we had.

Very friendly staff!! I was a walk-In without a reservation mayne that is why I found the price expensive. But I do recommend it was quiet, clean, hot water, A/C, Toast and coffee.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did everything to make the stay enjoyable. They provided a small breakfast (coffee and toast), offered laundry service, etc ... these sort of little things that add up. It seems to be run by a family which is nice compared to the other larger westernized hotels around. Rooms were a bit small, but very clean and equipped with everything needed. The only pain point might be the shower as the shower head is placed freely next to the toilet. If you don't mind that (we didn't) you get great accommodation for a reasonable price. I recommend a stay!

Stuff were great and location was good, but unfortunately there was mold in the walls behind the beds (stayed in four person room in ground lvl). Found the mold by accident when looking for lost stuff. With out mold would be decent but serious risk of health is something to not tolerate.
