Absolutely LOVED my stay here. Beautiful quite hotel in a great location of Chiang Mai. It felt like a little oasis, very lush and green. The owner is this wonderful woman, she truly is the sweetest. She makes sure everyone is okay and greets you at breakfast every morning. Breakfast is also amazing, great selection of fresh fruit, salad, toast, coffee, tea, juices and MORE. I would definitely recommend staying here. Also if in the area, check out Risa Massage for amazing treatments and Ran Joke Pa Lek near by for cheap, delicious local food

Beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. Beds are very comfortable, a bit softer than the usual Thai style beds. AC is not loud. Everything is very clean. If you have ants in your bathroom, just let them know and they'll give you some spray. There's lots of vegetation so it's normal to get some ants. Don't let that deter you. The service was impeccable. They have a great attention to detail, lighting up incensed ever night and serving you a juice if you're by the pool. Truly lovely place, I highly recommend it!!

We stayed at The Twenty Lodge for 7 nights over the holidays this December. We got the grand family room which included a large King bed and 2 twin beds plus a sofa. The room was spacious enough for our family.
As we are vegan, La, the manager, was kind enough to prepare special vegan entrees at breakfast for us each morning. The entrees ranged from curries to stir fry veggies to soups - all delicious.
La also helped us arrange transportation for our day trips to Doi Inthanon and the Sticky Waterfalls...as well as an early morning transfer back to the airport.
The entire staff at this boutique hotel is so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a simple but nice hotel in a quiet part of the Old City.

Quaint and charming, with nice rooms and attentive helpful staff. It's a calm little oasis with a welcoming and relaxed feeling. Very quiet at all times and especially at night.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Also, the breakfast was great! Only complaints are that the room, and the bathroom in particular, had a strange smell, and there were quite a few ants in the bathroom. The hotel is a bit farther from the more happening parts of the old city. Otherwise, a nice stay and the staff were very helpful in helping us book activities.

P'La and her staff are so sweet and friendly. I've returned at least 5 times whilst on various motorcycle tours. It's a great jump off spot and it's a pleasure to return. Will be back again very soon I have no doubt.

We stayed for 4 nights. The location good for visiting the old city. The hotel is very clean and has a lot of nice touches, like flowers everywhere, cute little bicycles as decorations and a packed bookshelf. The breakfast selection was a bit small compared to some other hotels, but it wasn't bad. The staff are the best part. Everyone was super helpful and friendly.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted access to the old city but also wanted someplace a bit quieter.

It's good. We had a little trouble with a fuse being flipped in our room when we checked in but that was soon smoothed over. AC, complimentary water in the rooms and breakfast buffet was great. Only gripe is that you can hear EVERYTHING from your rooms.

A well run and located small hotel. The rooms were small but comfortable, good beds and linen. The bathroom was better than average with decent hot water and pressure and an enclosed shower. Space to unpack your toiletries. Very clean and lush small gardens that gave a real feel of tropical Thailand. A small clean pool if that's your thing. Breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. Very tight parking for three cars out the front. The lady who supervises breakfast and organises tours and travel, is super friendly with good English. An asset for the business. Well worth considering if you want centrally located accommodation in a quiet location.
