Host was absent upon arrival, but very helpful thereafter. Wifi signal wasn't great on the third floor but worked. Not much in the way of restaurants directly nearby.

My friends and I are so appreciative of this guesthouse! We were doing a cooking class nearby and one of us got sick. The kind folks at Red Hibiscus opened up a room in the middle of the day for her. It was a huge godsend. The guest house is pretty basic, but the staff are super nice and welcoming. If you need a nice budget place to stay, check them out!

My second home. Khun Kay the manager is the best. We always stay here when we come to Chiangmai. Great location , great size , clean , safe , and you have privacy and peaceful. Many restaurants near by and lots of fitness activities in the area. Highly recommend , laundry available too .

This guest house is clean. Wifi didnt reach up to the 3rd floor but that's okay. Our room wasn't ready for us when we arrived, so we dropped off our bags and went walking around town. Visited Wat Phra Sing and grabbed some noodles along the way. When we got back, the guesthouse management upgraded us to the family suite instead of our regular room. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area! Kind staff, clean room.

The favorite Chiang Mai stay of me and my husband! Kae and her brother are lovely host and the rooms are spacious, clean and affordable. Close to a big pool (Lotus Hotel) and a friendly bar with locals (Corner Bar CNX). Definitely going back here again for a third time!!

Great place for a low price. On a side street and quiet. The rooms are simple but clean. The woman who runs the place is very friendly and speaks English.
