Rooms are very old, dirty and not worth the price. Internet is terrible and the other hotel guest are loud until deep in the night. Hotel staff doesn't care tho. At the end the hotel tried to scam me and faked documents. All in all a very bad experience which I wish no one to have.

Hotel in a good location near Chiang Mai University, with a view of Phra That Doi Suthep The room is clean but a bit dull. Sisters help provide good service. whole counter Helping to carry bags in the morning, having simple food, bread, coffee, inexpensive.
