Good value & location + friendly staff

Large room, reasonably priced close to centre and most things people want to see in Chiang Mai. Nice swimming pool which the kids are loving. Only thing letting it down is that it could do with a lick of paint and some tlc. Comprehensive library of activity leaflets at reception and staff are very helpful. Just changed to a buffet breakfast which is freshly prepared with a mix of american and thai food all well cooked. Free wi-fi throughout.

Great for what you pay. Location is amazing - walking distance to heaps of great stuff. Can book toys and scooters through hotel. Room was huge along with the bed. Included breakfast wasn't bad. Free WiFi. Shower took a while to get the hot water working and the bath plug got stuck in. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed here a few times and always found it a good place and value for money, there are two parts to this hotel,
The old building and the new extension. the older part is starting to show its age and some rooms are in need of a facelift. the staff are friendly and helpful and don't fuss over you.
There is also a small pool across the road and everything is only a short walk away.
overall this is one of the better hotels in this price rage.

Very nice place, much better than our previous choices in that budget. A very nice room, very well located and good for couples looking for something nice and comfy. Wish we had booked more nights there

Good rooms, brekkie, relatively quiet and secluded in between main streets. Bike friendly

A nice big room, cleaned daily. Friendly staff. Close to the old city. A small swimming pool across the road. Great for cooling off in the afternoon.
