We booked here for a few nights while preparing for hosting a villa trip with guests from overseas. We chose it because it was close to the villa where we were staying the next week.

Breakfast was pre-ordered set (mostly pork porridge) that was brought to the room in the morning.

Beds very hard, rooms very basic and old. Staff at reception was very sullen and unfriendly.

Location is actually quite far from anything (few food stalls around and 7-11 is far away).

It was near Central Festival and had spacious room. It served the purpose for me, but if you are a tourist, this hotel is too far from the attractions.

Nice place but a bit far from the city. There’s a coffee shop outside also. The pool wasn’t cleaned but it’s okay if you are not really a fan of swimming since it was cold season.😆

Great location for shopping, food and bars, bus terminal 2 & 3 are quite near as well.

Stayed here for 4 months for work trip and absolutely love my room! Great space and reasonable price! I got a great view from my room but very noisy from the trafic both day and night! Asked to change room to the other side of building but they don't let me! Cause of contract and policy 🤞 Quite struggled to sleep at first then i bought myself an earplugs! AC is a bit loud but it's fine! Staffs are absolute amazing! Shout out to you all! Receptionists, Security man, Technicians and cleaners! Thanks for your service, you guys are the best 🙏 one thing that i would like to complain is the wifi !! Dude i have to pay extra for internet package by myself to get work done! The internet is so shit 😂 and they put sign on for month that they are working on to fix it but common! I'm checking out soon and my YouTube vdo still downloading 🤣 Gym and Pool are included with a stunning view 👌 you actually can catch sunset at the rooftop 🌄 but for the price what i pay it's still worth it tho!

Dirty room and toilet, it doesn’t give vacation vibes. The area is far from malls and shopping centers. There is a 7 eleven near by and a laundry place. The hotel doesn’t provide iron or steamer, you can only check in by 14:00 pm. Early check in is not allowed. One of the staff was very rude and didn’t had customer service skills and didn’t really understand English so it was difficult to communicate as well. The room lighting was very dim, the bathroom shower had no pressure.
Please be aware that there is a 1000bht deposit which will be returned upon check out but after they check the room.

Overall, the room/bathroom is spacious, friendly staff with reasonable price. Although, towels and hand towels are unacceptable (I have attached some photos).
