Stayed here for 1 night as it was close to the bus station and we were getting an early bus. The location is good, and it is less than a 10 min walk to the buses. There's also a 711 and a mcdonalds on the way.
The room was poor. The bed was nice and big but the air con didn't work properly so although we had it down low, it was somehow hotter in the hotel room than it was outside. No window, shower was a freezing dribble. =(
There was 2 cute cats that lived in the lobby though so that was nice.

Got there late in the evening only to be told they could not honor my reservation, leaving me stranded. Also, the place looked very run down in comparison to pictures. I would advise against booking here

Room is very bare minimum. Shower water pressure is low, toilet has a stench, ventilation not very good. Photos look nice but actual experience is mediocre. It is very near Chiangmai Bus Terminal 3. Only if I want to live near the bus terminal.

We were here for 1 night and it was pretty bad. The hotel is so dirty, the welcome room smells like a cat toilet and all the walls and furnitures are rocked down. The employees don‘t care, they just sit behind the counter and hide when a guest enters the lobby to keep on playing with their smartphone.
The room itself is dirty but the bed is atleast clean and comfortable. The whole bathroom is dirty, I think it was cleaned last year.
I really can‘t recommend this hotel!

The service is horrible they don't speak a single word English and don't know how to use Google translater so it took 30min just to check in. The room is really dirty, the bed smell bad and the bathroom is full of mold.
