Staffs lack service mind, some are even rude, very atypical for hotel especially in Chiang mai where people are usually friendly.
I upgraded to big rooms but they were mosquitoes, and one of them with broken toilet. There was water leakage and the bathroom floor was covered with some kind of detergent making it slippery. But what they did was advised me to request for more floor mat.
Iron is available upon request but it was not good, burnt my dress.

Very recommend. Reasonable prices, clean room, good staff, near 7eleven and not too far from the restaurant and department store.

Nice clean and comfy. The location is close to the convenience store and many night restaurants that you can hang out and you can walk back to the hotel easily.

Very nice hotel withe basic breakfast food and pool was clean though small.
7/11 was 30 seconds away but not really close to anything else.
No noise at night and matress was very comfortable, A/C good, WiFi good, small fridge good and room was meticulously clean ;)

Hotel should be graded only 6.5 due to staff not complying with their promises. Was disappointed with the reception in the morning being rude and treat customers like a fool. I came early at 6.35 am to the breakfast room, it was locked. I ask the staff at reception room why it is lock . He said breakfast starts at 7 am. I told him, The lady staff at 4 pm when I check in, told me it’s ok to have breakfast at 6.30 am but can only have bread and coffee. Cause the Buffett is not ready. But when I came down at 6.30am breakfast lock, ask reception, the guy don’t care. Call the manager, only excuses and denied the lady said it. Ridiculous
Never return to this hotel.

Standard hotel costs around 800 Baht with free breakfast and parking available.

The room are very new and clean.
Breakfast also not bad.
Easy communicate with reception(I spoke in Thai)
