Convenient location in Pattaya, directly next to the famous Royal Garden Plaza, a 10-minute walk from the largest shopping center in Pattaya – Central Beach Festival. Spacious rooms, high level of service. Recommend young people and couples with children.

Consists of two buildings (Main Building – 10 floors, Garden Wing – 4th floor).

The hotel has 298 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, deck chairs – extra charge, beach towels are not.

Stayed at the Avani Resort Hotel Pattaya for three nights. Room was on the 9th floor with balcony and views over Pattaya Beach. Room was clean and very well serviced every day. The room was cleaned and bed made up while we were at breakfast. Has a great pool area and terrace in a garden setting that is both cool and relaxing. Cannot praise the breakfast offerings highly enough. Massive variety of food available that easily exceeds most other hotels in this category. Staff were always pleasant and attentive. Met the food and beverage Manager who is a lovely man, he is present and available for a conversation whenever you may be around and will take the time to speak with you and get to know you. The hotel manager ethos is to make gets feel like they are part of the family. We were certainly made to feel that way. Nothing to complain about and certainly much to recommend if you choose to visit Pattaya.

The hotel staff is incredibly helpful , polite & friendly . My only concern would be the rude guests who usurp the chairs next to the swimming pool by leaving things there while they eat breakfast . By the time we arrive from breakfast to swim , they are no spots available.
The best part of this hotel resort is the buffet breakfast. Excellent choices & selection is always fresh & well prepared. Hats off to the staff .

Rooms were good but didn't like the transparent window of the bathroom looking in to the bed room. But other then that it had the best breakfast buffet, amazing pool and a good back entrance/exit to the beach front. The only thing I didn't like was while checking out I was still wearing their sandels they provided and they asked me to return it or pay for it. In 2 weeks I traveled 3 countries and 6 cities and this was maybe the 2nd biggest hotel/resort I stayed in and they were stingy enough to ask back their sandels 😂 apart from that it was a good stay over all.

We stayed here for 2 nights in December and we absolutely loved our stay. Pattaya can be hectic and noisy, but once you step foot into the hotel it's as if you would enter another world. Pool is big and spacious. Lovely nature inside. Very helpful staff that gave us possibility for late check out that we really needed. Beds are huge and very comfortable. Very well located with direct access to the beach and direct access to a small shopping mall. Totally recommend it.

I stayed here last weekend during the long weekend in Thailand. Although the hotel was busy, the spacious layout allowed everything to run smoothly. My sea-view room was clean and comfortable, offering a lovely moment of calm when looking out from the balcony. The sala and the garden area by the pool were peaceful in the morning, and the tropical swimming pool was wonderful, especially with its interesting ice-bath facility.
Breakfast was one of the highlights, with a wide selection that also includes healthy options—perfect for those who enjoy focusing on nourishment and wellbeing.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reception team and Khun Sumitra.

My husband had work in the area for a couple weeks. I came with him to Vacation. All of the staff here are very friendly and helpful. It was my first trip outside my own country. So having helpful patient staff was a huge blessing. I am very picky about cleanliness and have to compliment Ann as my favorite housekeeper / cleaner. She always did a spectacular job with a big smile on her face. The location is wonderful. Easy to reach many shops and a few tourist sites by walking. Great place to stay. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great hotel close to the beach and quite central for everything. The staff were very friendly and breakfast had a great choice for everyone. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and quit for a central location. Thank you to Malee and Leky for keeping our room spotless and to Mii in the spa

Although Pattata is NOT my favourite location in Thailand, this hotel makes a visit worthwhile. Mine was to meet a friend and ex-colleague.
The pool area is superb and not too 'far from the madding crowd' of the walking street. The pool bar is very relaxing with a couple of parrots perched nearby.
The lounge area is very pleasant, too, with very friendly bar staff.
The breakfast buffet area outdoors is one of the best that I have ever seen.

Another pleasant Stay at the Avani. Staff at the restaurant were excellent. Real Thai hospitality, Not to be missed. Eggs Benedict was great but ask for bacon not ham and added Parmesan from the buffet.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great location. Breakfast buffet that can't be beaten by any hotel. Clean modern rooms and you're right in the middle of everything Pattaya has to offer including the great beach directly opposite. But who needs the beach when this resort has a great outdoor pool area with a wet bar. Highly recommended.
