For this price, it's a great deal. The room size is just right – what more could you ask for? It definitely has that authentic Thai countryside vibe, plus they offer massages. Housekeeping was always prompt. There's really nothing bad to say, but if I had to nitpick, the breakfast selection was a bit limited and there wasn't a charging outlet next to the bed, which was a bit inconvenient.

The environment is great and the service is excellent. From the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, someone helped us with our luggage. We arrived quite early, so we stored our bags first and went for a massage at the hotel's spa. When we returned, a dedicated staff member helped us with check-in one-on-one and then drove us in a buggy to our building. The staff member also brought our luggage to the room, which was fantastic! We'll definitely come back! Oh, and the desserts at the hotel's patisserie are delicious too!

This hotel is really great. The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and minimalist decor, giving off a comfortable and relaxing vibe. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, from local specialties to Western dishes. The surrounding area is quiet, and transportation is very convenient, making it suitable for business trips or family vacations. Overall, this is a hotel I'd be happy to choose again.

This resort is simply awesome, it's my go-to whenever I'm in Pattaya!

They have two outdoor pools: one is really well-designed, and the other is a standard pool. The water quality is excellent, a bit salty actually – I wonder if it's seawater?

The gym is like a glass house; I regret not getting a workout in. I stayed in building 2, which was very close to the pool. There's golf cart service for arrivals and departures, and the spa isn't far either. The ambiance is great, and a 2-hour session was only 700 baht! The quality was really high too! So satisfying.

The service is excellent, and the drinks at the front desk are quite good, though not cheap – comparable to Starbucks prices, and they give you tons of ice.

Nearby, there's a durian shop, Big C, and some local stir-fry places. Although it's a bit far from the main attractions, getting a taxi is very convenient.

The room was very clean and quiet.

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the pool was spotless.

Service: The greeter at the entrance provided excellent service.

Absolutely amazing! 👍 If I have the chance, I'll definitely come back! The surrounding transportation is also convenient.

Hotel has a 711 around 10 min walk. The phone in the hotel room is not working and we had told reception that but only apologised nothing happened.

Bathroom light was broken also nothing fixed.

The hotel's public areas are beautiful and clean, and so is the room. The service was impeccable; from check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. They carried my luggage to my room and then to my car when I left, even waving goodbye. The service was absolutely fantastic. Out of the four hotels I stayed at, this one was the cheapest yet had the best service – incredible value for money. The location isn't particularly close to Terminal 21 Mall, but honestly, that mall isn't really worth visiting anyway. Overall, this hotel absolutely deserves a full 5-star rating.

After checking out in the morning, I went to the hotel's spa for a massage. When I got to the spa reception, I realized my main phone was missing. My heart sank. This trip was a free-and-easy one with friends, and I was in charge of all the planning – itinerary, hotel bookings, overseas apps, payment software, and all the photos from the trip were on that phone. Plus, my domestic SIM card was still in it [crying emoji]! The hotel was also super crowded that morning. If I couldn't find it, the rest of the trip would be a huge hassle. Luckily, the spa reception staff promptly helped me search for it and even escorted us back to the hotel front desk where I got my phone back. Their attitude throughout was very warm and proactive. I'm truly grateful for the help from the staff at this wellness sanctuary.

The hotel is located in South Pattaya on the main road, which is very convenient. It’s right next to Health land Massage, making it easy to enjoy a massage anytime.

The hotel and rooms are clean with a pleasant smell, and the room has all the basic amenities you need. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a good atmosphere and a reasonable price. I would recommend staying here.
