Very friendly staff. Excellent service. The rooms are simple and clean. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; you can literally hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms. But there's no road nearby, so you can't hear the mopeds. This is the best you can find for this price.

I certainly won’t be returning to this hotel.
Be aware of room Description and what you room you booked as I got downgraded.
I understand it's a budget hotel and a reasonable price. However, the room on Agoda photo i booked was not the room i got. The big difference is tremendous.
Also, i awoke with bugs in my bed and had to change rooms at 3am. I was offered a can of bug spray to spray down the bed but i refused. They tried to deny it but i had them crawling about in video.
I had to repack all my belongings at 3am and was given an even smaller room.
I was ready to check out in the morning and go to another hotel I had one day left in the hotel. I asked the lady at reception about the misleading difference with the pics and she got very defensive straight away and raised her voice. I think if it was not for some guests sitting around she would have got even angrier.
However, i got upgraded to a room that resembled the pic on a Agoda. It was slightly better.
Not even sorry about the bed bug issue in the morning. The lady is quite polite at the desk but her attitude changes very quickly when you have an issue. Customer service is far below zero.
So i only got one night instead of 3 in the room i booked.
Certainly would not return.

The hotel was clean, and the room service was excellent — everything was going well until it came to the noise level. The rooms were extremely noisy, though I couldn't identify the exact source. It might have been the AC unit or something similar. Unfortunately, the constant noise made it very difficult to rest, and for that reason, I don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

+Good and clean hotel. Very quiet place. Have lift. Every day provide water 3/0,5L and Maccoffee 3 sticks. Aromatic shampoo and shower gel, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, safe.

I love this place. You will be able to check in anytime since there's 24 hour front desk service. All the staff were very nice to me. My room was clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom with hot water shower, balcony, fridge, TV with basic channels, dresser to store your clothes, 3 water bottles every day. I extended my stay like 3 times for a total of 3 weeks. I also like the location it's away from the action but only a 5 minute walk to get to 2nd road and have baht bus access. There's a restaurant and convenience store right outside if you don't feel like going out. And a laundromat across the street to wash your clothes. Basically everything you need for a comfy stay. Hope to be back soon thank you.

I recently stayed at the Sailor Pattaya hotel and had a great experience overall. The hotel has a great location and is easily accessible to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the effort put into keeping everything tidy. However, the room was a bit small, and I found it a bit noisy at times. I also noticed some ants in the bed, which was a bit of a concern. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend the Sails Pattaya hotel for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and convenient place to stay.

Booked a street view room, got a wall view tiny room with no desk, chair or bedside lamp (bulb) missing. It was cheap but wouldnt stay more than a day or two.

WRONG PLACE TO STAY Air-conditioning not working room 409 night time suddenly stop and didn't work untill check out so was very bad night sweating hot weather in room pay 600 baht for no air conditioning room plus too many ant in room ( they say no idea to complain they come room for change 03:30 am in the morning but air-conditioning stop work they don't fixed from 23:00pm till 03:30 this hotel lier

The positives: The room was good for our needs, we needed a room with a desk as we both had video calls to do so it was great to have a place provided for that. There was lots of storage. The water pressure was really good. Great location, really easy to get a songtaew down to Pattaya beach or Jomtien, also walking distance. Very quiet.
The negatives: We were a little frustrated with staying for 5 nights and not having any cleaning service, there should be a broom added to the room for people staying more than 1-2 nights as there ends up being a lot of sand. Also there was only coffee for one night provided. We saw a sign in the elevator offering a week long rental for a lot cheaper than what we paid for 5 nights, but their website didn't offer this when we booked?
Overall a good place to stay ☺️
