Azure Hotel Pattaya in Pattaya

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They completely ripped off customers – the pictures didn't match reality at all. They also discriminated against us as Chinese guests. When my child needed formula, the front desk told me each room was only allowed two bottles of water per day and I should go buy more at the 7-Eleven next door. I couldn't sleep a wink all night because of the constant roar of motorbikes. I booked a city view room, but the 'city view' turned out to be the constant noise of motorbikes! The front desk showed no intention of resolving anything. I spent the entire night contacting Trip.com to sort it out. I had booked for three days, but it was unbearable. With two suitcases and two kids, I was forced to check out after one night and find another hotel.
