Best service we've ever received in a hotel. The entire hotel is well-equipped. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of food. Besides being well located!! And another compliment goes to the pool area, where there was a bar that prepared very tasty and beautiful drinks!!

Enjoyed our stay, staff are super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and location is very central. Rooms were quiet even though the hotel is close to all the night life. The room we had was little small but good as a base to explore. Parking available in underground car park watched over by security

The hotel is at a convenient location. more suitable for single male adult. Room is not very big but is sufficient. The room services are very normal and basic. It is considered quiet although it is in an area that does not sleep early. Don't hear the music and noises.

My first stay at the Acqua and certainly I will return, never been so pleased with all aspects of any hotel I have stayed in previously.

I had a great experience at Acqua Hotel. From the reception to the bell boys, the staff is very kind, helpful and professional.
Location is just perfect, close to food markets and it's to walk to the beach road.
Pool and gym are small and clean.
The little downside was the room. AC was dysfunctional, always 25 or 26 degrees in small room... I asked for the maintenance to check it out, they quickly came to fix it, but it didn't worked.
So the room is small, however kind of functional since I just need a bed and a shower to be happy.
Location is just perfect, close to food markets and it's to walk to the beach road.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of it all. Comfortable bedding and rooms. House keeping staff excellent. In East wing which is not the main building. They don’t turn on the A/C in the lobby until requested then it’s only for a day. Mind boggling. So hot outside. Not staffed at front desk that building so they don’t care. Only issue really. Expect a little noise. It’s Pattaya. If you’re unsure of what happens here Google it :) would stay again.

Close to the night market, the music outside at night was incredibly loud, going on until the early hours. The soundproofing isn't great. Other than that, everything else was fine, but it was just too noisy.

Great hotel with fantastic staff. Located in the middle of the night life area between soi LK metropole and Tree town. Room was well appointed but small. Fine for a single person. Pool on the roof was good and the fitness room had enough weights and equipment that you could do a reasonable workout.

This is a nice restaurant with great food portions and options.
I could see the staff were struggling to keep up a bit, probably because of how busy it was but they were nice nonetheless.
it's best to book a table beforehand as it's very busy during peak time (6-8pm).

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and the food has generally been good. However, during my recent visit, the new staff were rude, unprofessional, and even demanded a tip. I was also served undercooked chicken, and when I pointed it out, the replacement still wasn’t fully cooked. This was extremely disappointing and posed a serious health risk.

Alright ! Lets start with the breakfast : the coffee itself is prepared with love ! Amazing ! Scrambled eggs : say no more , small dishes also prepared with love ! The best taste around the area HATS OFF !!

Food was okay, not great but good enough.Chicken schnitzel, not pounded flat enough, but the batter was pretty good or the breading. French a little soggy for me, but overall it's passable

Cozy restaurant with delicious Balkan cuisine in Pattaya. The Croatian/Yugo platter was a real value-for-money hit – generous portions, freshly prepared, and nicely presented.
Friendly and attentive service, relaxed atmosphere.
One small minus: no Ajvar – which for me is a must-have. Still, highly recommended!

It's an Amazing restaurant!! You can have One of the best quality Thai cuisine and American breakfast. The staff is friendly and knows exactly what you like to have and helps you with your food preferences. One of the staff Mr. Toon did a great job by serving us our perfect American breakfast 👍

Came here for two morning breakfasts while in Pattaya over a long weekend. Place itself is comfortable and airy. Has a big menu with many different western style food plus a Thai menu. Food was ok and a good size given. Average breakfast is about 150 baht but there's plenty on the plate from eggs, toast, salad, sausages, beans plus all are served with either fresh coffee/tea and orange juice. Unfortunately the service could use some improvement.3/5 stars.

I order from Jolly’s on a regular basis through Food Panda and the is food is very good. However, my only issue is the staff seem to be very forgetful as they often send me the incorrect order. One time I ordered breakfast and they forgot to send me hot water for my tea. Another time I ordered a steak and mushroom pie and then they send me a chicken pie. Another time I order Arayess and they don’t send me any white sauce which is a must for this dish. Please Managers can you sort this out with your staff. Thank you. I will order again.
