They offer at a price on booking.com but they demand another one when you there , it is not the small difference it is the lack of care which is upsetting , practically nobody but a maid for few hours cleaning the rooms and no other service available. Bedsheets not perfectly clean , sorry they were doing better before now they are spoiled

Good size room and the bed was so comfortable I could of stayed asleep all day, an almost perfect stay and I would definitely stay again

Hotel is located in central Pattaya. Many shops around. It is located at the corner of a main road with many cars and bikes passing by 24/7. Expect much noise. The woman making the rooms who also seemed to be in charge of the hotel did not speak a single word of english and always woke us up in the morning knocking strongly on the door and insisted to clean the rooms while we were still sleeping. You wont be able to rest quietly in this place that is for sure. The rooms are looking very nice and are confortable indeed. One big issue was that our room was stinking horribly because of a sewer odour coming from the bathroom. The whole room was stinky and nothing could be done about it except spraying perfume in the room. Generally speaking we were very disappointed as there are better places to stay in Pattaya. If you want to sleep well after your nights out in town dont go there. We won't be booking again.

Place and rooms are super clean
A safe is available in each rooms and all the differents lights allow you to create nice differents ambients

Locations is easy for your taxi driver to find

I can only recommend them and will repeat with them
