+ Great location. Gets kinda loud at night because it’s right in the middle of everything, but if that’s what you are there for then you won’t mind.

Location is good in a busy area,the first 4 night in a King size bed room is pretty much better than the last in a twin bed room,one thing I need to mention is the toilet is smell ,may be the ventilation of the room is not in a good condition,.

Location convenient to town without being overly noisy. Gym and pool good. Staff were amenable to the small things I asked. What’s lacking is cleanliness. Bathroom had a bad smell even after cleanings, visible grime throughout, stained sheets, and towels that never smelled quite fresh.

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. They stored our bags for 3 days until we arrived. Breakfast was plentiful but coffee could have been better, also fruit could have been more varied, (the same every day).
Room was always cleaned efficiently and stocked with 2 bottles of water everyday.
Gym equipment was well maintained with a fan which kept the gym cool. Pool was clean and refreshing with lounges, shade and big towels. 
We enjoyed our stay as we were comfortable with peaceful sleep and will stay again.

If I knew then what I now know, I would never have booked this hotel. For about 6500bhat for four nights(during firework festival) I was expecting more. The main reason I booked was their spacious and seemingly well-equipped gym, however, about 50% operational. Hot water was an issue, and I did not get to shower every day like I'd prefer to. The shower was the most dirty, but there was spiderwebs all over the room. No wonder, they were probably feasting on whatever insects live in the pupaes hanging from all over the sealing and walls. The "city/pool view" is in fact the wall of the neighbouring building.
The staff was helpful 90% of the time, special thanks to maintenance who showed me the problem with the hot water(easy fix). The pool and pool area was nice, calm and tidy. Beds were comfortable and new towels every day.
I made a mistake on my booking through booking.com, but they tried ti accommodate. Everything went through in the end, one ekstra star🌟

Just location is good otherwise nothing is good in this hotel , short rooms , seperate beds on which you can't sleep , hard mattress, and the main thing is if you are a vegetarian then this hotel is not for you guys, they don't instantly cook and give atleast fried rice to you , and you can't take something into your room to eat with your family or loved ones who want to eat in room , they maded a new rule which is fine of 500 thb if you taken something in room to eat.. 😒 any ways this was not my first trip to thailand , this was my 10 time ,and first time I was disappointed by any hotel like this..very bad, and final thing only the reception staff is of good behaviour, otherwise kitchen staff's behavior is rude and arrogant, one more time I want to say this will be my first and last time to this hotel p plus.

This hotel is in a lively nightlife area and close to shops, bars and restaurants. The room is good with a soft bed, aircon and hot shower. This is the 2nd time I've stayed there and both times it's been good.

This is a nice restaurant with great food portions and options.

I could see the staff were struggling to keep up a bit, probably because of how busy it was but they were nice nonetheless.

it's best to book a table beforehand as it's very busy during peak time (6-8pm).

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and the food has generally been good. However, during my recent visit, the new staff were rude, unprofessional, and even demanded a tip. I was also served undercooked chicken, and when I pointed it out, the replacement still wasn’t fully cooked. This was extremely disappointing and posed a serious health risk.

Cozy restaurant with delicious Balkan cuisine in Pattaya. The Croatian/Yugo platter was a real value-for-money hit – generous portions, freshly prepared, and nicely presented.
Friendly and attentive service, relaxed atmosphere.
One small minus: no Ajvar – which for me is a must-have. Still, highly recommended!

This is my second time staying here at 18 coins hostel , and it’s one of the best accommodations I’ve found in this area. All the party clubs and nightlife spots are close by, and the beach is also not far from here. It really feels like the centre of everything, which is why I came back again.

The hostel and hotel offer good shared rooms.
There are separate rooms and washrooms for girls.
Reception service is available 24/7.
Payment can be made in cash.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 3 ½ years. During that time, I’ve made wonderful friends here, and I’ve always appreciated how most of the staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive — they smile, remember my name, and make me feel at home.

Unfortunately, on my most recent visit I experienced something very disappointing. One staff member treated both me and my fiancée with open hostility. When I greeted her politely, she responded with a scowl and shouted at me. She also swore at us and told me my fiancée was not allowed at the hotel. This was shocking and upsetting, as I’ve never been treated this way in Thailand before.

It’s a shame, because the rest of the team is excellent. However, one person’s behavior can be enough to ruin the experience for guests. I truly hope management addresses this, because otherwise this is a great place to stay.

Even though the check-out time is 12 PM, they let me stay until 2 PM because my bus was late. Such nice people! There's a good reception area where you can bring food and eat while watching the outside moving traffic.
