Well located right on Beach Road and a short walk from the sandy beach, the hotel was well placed for my stay and in a lively area. My room was spacious and clean and had a nice view of the bay from the balcony.
The breakfast buffet was tasty and had plenty of variety.
I loved the main pool, which is large, clean and nicely kept, with plenty of loungers and shade. There’s also a smaller pool near the tower building that’s a bit quieter if you prefer somewhere more peaceful.

Super friendly staff , always welcoming with a big smile and accomodating with early check in if room available.
Excellent location with the option to exit hotel onto beach road or second road.
Only criticism i have is the towels that had a bad smell and room had a slight sweaty smell.
Overall, I Would highly recommend this hotel for its quality and location.

We stayed in a Superior Room in the Chic Tower for two days. The room was nice and comfortable. However, there were some ants crawling around, and the air conditioning felt a bit too cold.
The luggage storage was super convenient, they even let us store our bags until the evening. After we checked out and did some water activities, we could still use the shower room next to the pool, which was really thoughtful.
By the way, Smoking is allowed on the balcony🚬

- Too many guest from a certain ASIA country infested the place which makes the place uncomfortable base on their culture and saw the staff being bullied by their unreasonable request and demand.
Sad to say it’s our 1st time trying this hotel and even the hotel did a fantastic job , majority of my friends asked won’t be back the next time.

Hotel is pretty new unfortunately the Aircon did smell mould
Just next to soi 6 so expect it to be a bit noisy also late
on the other side is a huge parking

⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Experience, Would Never Come Back
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We booked a certain type of room at Discovery Pattaya Hotel, but they gave us something completely different — smaller, older, and nothing like the photos. When we brought it up at the reception, the staff were shockingly rude and dismissive.
Instead of helping us, they started arguing and behaved very badly. It honestly felt like they were trying to cheat us, and they didn’t care at all about fixing the issue. No apology, no solution — just attitude.
We felt completely unwelcome from the moment we checked in. Hospitality here is non-existent. I’d strongly recommend staying somewhere else — there are far better options in Pattaya where you’ll actually be treated with respect.

I mean you really can't beat this place, beachfront rooms, has a restaurant with actually good food and a massage parlor built-in.
Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, no matter what they are there to help you with a smile.

I recently stopped by The Beachfront Resort with my partner for a morning meal and coffee, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The coffee definitely stood out – incredibly strong, possibly the strongest coffee in Pattaya! It gave us a good laugh and certainly woke us up for the day. The menu was also a nice surprise, with a decent range of vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. However, it was a little disappointing to see no choice of dairy-free milks, especially as more and more people are looking for alternatives like oat or soy. The setting was relaxed, the service was friendly, and the view made it a lovely place to start the day. With a couple of small improvements, it could easily become a top breakfast spot.

We had serious issues with both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the room. When we informed the receptionist, their reaction was rude and visibly irritated, with no sense of professionalism. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable — their attitude was actually frightening. It was so bad that we decided not to stay even a single night, despite having paid for two. The room was simply uninhabitable.
Also, the Wi-Fi on the 5th floor was completely unusable — no signal at all. We had to try connecting to other floors, but even then the signal was weak and unstable.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Missing items. Purchased 2 dress at floating market. Checked out and forgot them in dresser. Called them that evening and the receptionist said she would check with the cleaning staff. Got the call back and was told cleaning staff haven't seen it. I ask if they could check now, but she said room was occupied. Called back the next day and receptionist said no dresses to be found.
FYI, the dresses were cheap, my wife just liked them. If the staff is saying they haven't seen them, be careful of them not seeing any of your expensive items.
