Well located right on Beach Road and a short walk from the sandy beach, the hotel was well placed for my stay and in a lively area. My room was spacious and clean and had a nice view of the bay from the balcony.
The breakfast buffet was tasty and had plenty of variety.
I loved the main pool, which is large, clean and nicely kept, with plenty of loungers and shade. There’s also a smaller pool near the tower building that’s a bit quieter if you prefer somewhere more peaceful.

Super friendly staff , always welcoming with a big smile and accomodating with early check in if room available.
Excellent location with the option to exit hotel onto beach road or second road.
Only criticism i have is the towels that had a bad smell and room had a slight sweaty smell.
Overall, I Would highly recommend this hotel for its quality and location.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Pattaya Discovery Resort! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and relaxing. The location is perfect — right by the beach with stunning sea views, and close to everything you need: restaurants, shops, and walking street.

We stayed in a Superior Room in the Chic Tower for two days. The room was nice and comfortable. However, there were some ants crawling around, and the air conditioning felt a bit too cold.
The luggage storage was super convenient, they even let us store our bags until the evening. After we checked out and did some water activities, we could still use the shower room next to the pool, which was really thoughtful.
By the way, Smoking is allowed on the balcony🚬

I love the location and the reception.
They gave me a complimentary upgrade to my room without any extra cost.
The breakfast is very good. The variety is enormous, and I'm sure anyone will find them preference.
The view is stunning, and the bed is huge.

One of the better beach hotels in pattaya for sure. But the staff is unreasonable and are capitalistic towards tourists. Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay but a quick one day stay is good.

Location is right by the Pattaya beach, the rooms are really nice with large balconies (on the chic tower) & breakfast has a great variety. Staff are friendly too. Environment is neat & clean. Comes with a large pool & gym too.

I liked this hotel a lot. The room was so nice and the view was great. To tell you the truth, this was my first foreign trip and I liked every single thing. When I saw the jacuzzi, I went crazy 😂 But the most important thing is that the people of Pattaya are very calm and friendly. They talk to everyone with a smile and this hotel is at a prime location. I just did not enjoy the breakfast at this hotel because there was not much for me here because I am a vegetarian, so I managed by eating tea and bread slice. In that too I checked a lot that if it did not contain eggs, then the food system would become a bit complicated for people like me. Overall I loved it❤️❤️

I mean you really can't beat this place, beachfront rooms, has a restaurant with actually good food and a massage parlor built-in.
Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, no matter what they are there to help you with a smile.

I recently stopped by The Beachfront Resort with my partner for a morning meal and coffee, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The coffee definitely stood out – incredibly strong, possibly the strongest coffee in Pattaya! It gave us a good laugh and certainly woke us up for the day. The menu was also a nice surprise, with a decent range of vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. However, it was a little disappointing to see no choice of dairy-free milks, especially as more and more people are looking for alternatives like oat or soy. The setting was relaxed, the service was friendly, and the view made it a lovely place to start the day. With a couple of small improvements, it could easily become a top breakfast spot.

We had serious issues with both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the room. When we informed the receptionist, their reaction was rude and visibly irritated, with no sense of professionalism. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable — their attitude was actually frightening. It was so bad that we decided not to stay even a single night, despite having paid for two. The room was simply uninhabitable.
Also, the Wi-Fi on the 5th floor was completely unusable — no signal at all. We had to try connecting to other floors, but even then the signal was weak and unstable.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Missing items. Purchased 2 dress at floating market. Checked out and forgot them in dresser. Called them that evening and the receptionist said she would check with the cleaning staff. Got the call back and was told cleaning staff haven't seen it. I ask if they could check now, but she said room was occupied. Called back the next day and receptionist said no dresses to be found.
FYI, the dresses were cheap, my wife just liked them. If the staff is saying they haven't seen them, be careful of them not seeing any of your expensive items.
