Every time I visit Pattaya, I choose to stay here. The sea-view rooms on the higher floors offer the best views, and it's convenient for getting around. Breakfast is also excellent. So many wonderful memories! Looking forward to my next trip, Thailand's summer never ends!

The view is fantastic! The pool is right downstairs, and as soon as you open the window, you're looking at the Pattaya sea. We arrived by bus this time, and it's not far from the station; a Songthaew will get you there. Plus, Terminal 21 is right next door, which is super convenient. However, the food at Terminal 21 was just okay, not as good as what I'd seen on Xiaohongshu, but the value for money was decent. There are also plenty of 7-Elevens nearby, and it's incredibly close to the beach. The value for money is unbeatable; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Terminal 21, just a two to three-minute walk away. The facilities are simple yet functional. Its biggest advantage is truly its superb location. Next to the hotel is the popular Rainbow Road, and Pattaya Beach is also just a few minutes away. The hotel also features a shallow pool with a water slide, perfect for kids to enjoy.

The room was very close to the beach, and the breakfast was excellent. I'd still recommend staying here. The price isn't cheap, but the rooms closer to the sea might have even better views. The hotel was packed with tourists, and the front desk staff could all speak English.

Beyond expectation. The rooms and the building itself look new. We can have the seaview from our room clearly. The breakfast is great with variety of food. The pool looks awesome; we were sad that we forgot to bring swimsuit this time. Everyone agrees to go back to stay again at this hotel next time.

Great location, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Terminal 21 is right next door, making dining and shopping super convenient. The pool is nice, and breakfast is decent. The room is a bit small but has a balcony, though smoking isn't allowed.

The location is fantastic! Pretty much perfect, the only thing missing is a 7-Eleven nearby. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to Terminal 21, and 5 minutes to Let's Relax massage. Plus, there are plenty of 'songthaews' (shared taxis) right outside.
Now for the downsides: there's only one large pool and a small kids' pool, nothing particularly special. And a big one for me – no slippers in the room! I even asked the front desk and they didn't have any, which I found a bit odd, but it's not a huge deal.

We had another wonderful visit to the playroom at the hotel today. A big thank you to Khun Sera, Ae, Sandy, Honey, Naew, and Cherry for their warm hospitality and friendly spirit. They always make the space feel welcoming and fun for the children.
We’ve stayed here several times and truly enjoy the facilities, the excellent service, and the great location. The hotel is right next to the beach, with just a small road in between, and it’s also very close to shopping malls and restaurants, which makes everything so convenient.

We recently booked a family stay at the Holiday Inn Pattaya, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for our trip.
The kids club was actually one of the main reasons we selected this hotel, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It wasn't crowded during our stay, which meant our child received plenty of attention and had a fantastic time. This feature alone made our decision worthwhile.

Level 4 Kids Club is amazing. There are two separate zones for toddlers and little ones, which is fantastic. There’s also a kids’ pool right next to the club and a large pool downstairs, making it very convenient.
The staff member Neaw is wonderful—she always keeps us informed and makes sure the room is tidy. Honestly, every staff member here is amazing.
However, the socks sold at the kids club are quite expensive, and it would be helpful if the lobby staff informed guests in advance that anti-slip socks are required to enter the kids club.
