The room which I had selected online, was not offered to me. In fact I was being put in a building with did not even offer elevator access. I had to climb stairs each time I came in and out of the hotel.
Cleanliness: The room doesn't hold up to close inspection.
Facilities: Old and dated. The air conditioning was poor, and the dehumidifier didn't work. The bedding was old and damp.
Service: Excellent! Although there's no elevator, they were very helpful with luggage.
Cleanliness: Since my daughter is still in diapers, we often had to call housekeeping for assistance with cleaning up messes, and they were always very prompt.
Environment: The surroundings were quite peaceful. Conveniently, there's a pharmacy and a 7-Eleven convenience store right by the main entrance, and the beach is just behind the property.
Service: Excellent. Whenever we called for assistance, staff arrived very quickly.
