I recently stayed at Thai Garden Resort and really enjoyed my stay. The resort has a beautiful green garden, a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and a great swimming pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

Although the facilities are undeniably old, it's still a comfortable place to stay.

Good budget hotel 1400 baht with breakfast in high season. Pool nice. Breakfast fine. Room is adequate. I would recommend and stay again. Location sir Soi Burkhao area is good . Room cleaning is hot and miss and can become frustrating. Room deposit is 1000 baht with no issue getting it returned.

Only stayed one night, if you can get it cheap it's good value but I wouldn't pay normal price

It’s clean and well-maintained. The location is not that close to the beach and to the Walking Street but there are many food shops, convenience stores and bars in the area. The pool is kinda small so I didn’t get to use it. It’s reasonable when it comes to the price. My stay included a breakfast which was good. I had a great stay.

The location is quite good, and the hotel is new with a pretty nice design, offering great value for money. However, the soundproofing isn't very good. Our room faced away from the pool, so every morning, the chickens from the airport downstairs were incredibly noisy. I'd recommend getting a room facing the pool next time.

The hotel is located in very central area. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean but a bit outdated. If you would like to explore the real Pattaya vibe, busy beach, pubs, bars, this is a good hotel for you. But if you prefer quite and family-oriented hotel, try to avoid Pattaya city center area.

The bed isn't very comfortable; it makes a noise every time I move., Parking is very limited, making it unsuitable for bringing private vehicles. The perfume in the room was too strong and the scent lingered constantly.

I've stayed here before. The setting is beautiful, with the beach right past the swimming pool and a restaurant conveniently located downstairs. My only complaint this time was that the bed felt very damp, the entire room was humid, and even the blankets were moist.

Be prepared for the fact that the hotel is home to a large number of Russian guests, and they are not always families. Quite often it’s loud groups drinking heavily, partying every other day until morning. The hotel staff shows no intention of addressing this issue. We stay with our small dog, it has to be on 9th floor. The bell boy was great with good assistance. The front desk reception, seems too busy to greet the guest (on Priority desk). Located on the Beach Road ally makes it convenient to access. Has 711 adjacent to it. Rooms are clean. The only problem is the elevator. Too slow and wait time is long. This is our go-to choice when traveling with kids. They have a pool and a children's play area, and the front desk and bell staff provide excellent service. The staff at the front of the hotel is always friendly and helpful, he assisted with bringing luggage upstairs to the room and even helped us when we left in the taxi. Please don’t get carried away by the photos. This hotel is not meant for families. It’s flooded with people, mostly Indians looking for pleasure with Thai girls. Most of plumbing in the bathrooms are not working properly. Breakfast is horrible. Service is poor. In a twin occupancy room, they give only 2 sachet of sugar, milk, tea. If you request for more, they flatly refuse.

The room is well maintained, with a soft fluffy and clean bed that usually can only be found in a much higher grade of hotels.

Wonderful stay at the Tropicana last week. Location was close to nightlife and was quiet at night. Service staff, which included but not limited to: Gigi, Earn, Ying, Fuji, and Nina were all excellent. Easy access to the city's Songthaew transportation network. What an amazing resort, stayed here for 7 nights and it was the highlight of my trip. The houses/rooms are thai inspired and it feels like you are living in a little paradise in the jungle. Lying right at the beachfront, with two amazing pools it is the ultimate relaxing getaway from the busy city. The staff and owner are amazing and so helpful, could both have had a better stay, 10/10.
