Hotel is old and has some odd architecture. The bathroom doors look like a locker room door. My towel had mold on it. They don’t even give you conditioner or body lotion. The staff at the front of the hotel is always friendly and helpful, he assisted with bringing luggage upstairs to the room and even helped us when we left in the taxi. Front desk staff quickly checked us in and provided room keys. The cleaning staff clean rooms very quickly. As always it was an enjoyable stay in Pattaya.

Basically, amazing hotel that’s all what can I say very clean good personal. Maybe for some people a little bit noisy but compared to other hotels in Pattaya for this price this hotel is amazing.

The pool is on the rooftop, in the front desk area. It's a bit old but still functional. The only issue is the ongoing construction downstairs, which causes a lot of dust in the accommodation area.

Good budget hotel 1400 baht with breakfast in high season. Pool nice. Breakfast fine. Room is adequate. I would recommend and stay again. Location sir Soi Burkhao area is good . Room cleaning is hot and miss and can become frustrating. Room deposit is 1000 baht with no issue getting it returned.
