Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but the location isn't great. I also deducted points because they advertised a bathrobe, razor, and even slippers, but in reality, all they had was liquid soap and shampoo from a dispenser. The rooftop pool offers great views.

Rooms are big and spacious, distance from the beach is a factor. Cleanliness is good, washrooms are moderately clean. Check in time is odd as they don't let you check in before 3p.m. which is very inconvenient when you arrive in the morning. Hotel front is good as you have a 7-11 store just opposite to the gate.

Good spacious rooms. The swimming pool is the highlight of the stay. The let down is the breakfast. There is no veg meal except bread . For such large tourist from India the hotel should at least organize for one Indian breakfast. Other than the above our stay was comfortable.

The beds at Grass are the most comfortable; Fangzheng stays here every time he comes to Pattaya. There's plenty of food right outside the door, and it's super convenient. It's really close to 168, just a 200-meter walk, and there are 7-Elevens at both the front and back entrances.

KTK is a nice and clean hotel with nice pool and sauna. The breakfast is 249 baht and until 12 o’clock every day! They also offer a shuttle service for free when you want go to the city. Staff from reception is very friendly and the bellboy very helpful.

The hotel just went through rooms refreshment. The room is spacious and comfortable. It’s equipped with small kitchen and dining table. The bathroom is located at the back of the room which different from those common design. Unfortunately, the cleanness is a bit disappointed because there is ants on the dining table and a small cockroach found at luggage area.

This was a nice location within walking distance of most things from shopping to bars. If you desire wild and crazy or calm and social, this location will provide that. It also has a decent pool with a well functioning sauna for both men and women.

On check out there was large upset as 2 bottles of water were missing from the room !! Despite being a long term regular customer.. I asked how much fir the water and they asked for 20 baht !!! This is a nice older hotel close to Beach Rd. Rooms are large with a nice balcony to sit on. Area is quiet, rooms are affordable, staff is great and the morning breakfast was decent. I’ve never stayed at the boutique hotel before, but it was very impressive. It is right in the middle of a bunch of nightclubs, but you cannot hear a thing in the rooms very clean and looks new very happy and will stay again soon. 

A wonderful hotel. We booked a room with access to the pool. We swam there every day. The deposit was $100. It was returned upon checkout. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. Lots of different fruits and vegetables. Several types of sausages, salami, and kupaty. The buns were delicious. The cleaning staff came every evening to check if we had everything we needed. The Thais are very hospitable

One of the best hotels ever, best location, comfortable beds, spacious room and very helpful staff. 7Eleven is just a min walk away and it’s very convenient. They keep 2000 Thai Baht as a deposit so keep that in mind, however it was refunded upon checkout.

Excellent resort with even better service. A cute and (literally) cosy resort, away from the bustle of main town, yet within a few minute's reach.
