I stayed here for one night in Pattaya and unfortunately the experience did not match the reviews I saw online. The photos and ratings feel very misleading.
This is truly a budget hotel, so set your expectations accordingly. The beds were extremely hard, the room was old and in serious need of an overhaul, and parts of the interior looked worn and falling apart. The shower had visible mold, and the walls are very thin — you can easily hear noise from neighboring rooms.
I also had an issue with the room I originally received. It was not the category I paid for. After going back and forth with the staff, they did move me to another room, which I appreciated — however, the replacement room was in similar shabby condition.
On a positive note, I did feel safe during my stay, and the staff were welcoming and polite. That was definitely a plus.
Since I was only staying one night, I decided to just use my own blanket and push through rather than continue arguing. If you’re looking to save money and don’t mind a rundown property with very basic conditions, it may work for you. But if you’re expecting comfort or something that matches polished online reviews, you may want to look elsewhere.

Bathroom dirty, hallway floor really dirty!! Bed was nice and clean! I won't recommend the breakfast! (Not many choises, eat outside) You have a rooftop with swimmingpool but not many persons go there. The staff is really nice so i don't blame them!

The lighting throughout the hotel, especially in the corridors, was very dim and made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. The facilities also seemed poorly maintained. The pool on the first floor was extremely dirty and clearly not properly cared for.
The location was not convenient, and getting around was not as easy as expected. Additionally, the rooftop bar appears to be operated separately, and access to the rooftop pool requires purchasing something first, which was not clearly communicated.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and transparency regarding amenities.

The hotel is located in a quiet spot but still close to the action, near Big C, Terminal 21, and the beach. The room was a bit cramped, but it had a balcony, which was great for drying clothes. There was a full-length mirror, and the lighting was perfect for makeup. The bottled water provided wasn't very good, but the iced water in the lobby was refreshing. The hotel pool was too cold to swim in this time of year.

Toilet flush button faulty: The toilet often doesn't stop flushing after you press the button, and you have to keep pressing it repeatedly, hoping it will stop.
Sink drainage blocked: You have to wash your face quickly, otherwise the water overflows.
Toilet seat: Crooked. Even a budget hotel like Home Inn in China wouldn't have this!
Poor service: After the room was cleaned, the tissue box was left like this (referring to an image that's not provided but implied to be messy/unacceptable)!

The staff at the front of the hotel is always friendly and helpful, he assisted with bringing luggage upstairs to the room and even helped us when we left in the taxi. Front desk staff quickly checked us in and provided room keys. The cleaning staff clean rooms very quickly. As always it was an enjoyable stay in Pattaya.

The hotel located at Sai 1 road, it is close to the beach and the Terminal 21. The room is clear and the room facilities are good. The hotel has a good restaurant, swimming pool and water park. I recommend this hotel.

Room is terrible & the bed is so hard the Springs actually dig into you.
dirty & really dainty.
shower doesn't look very clean.
Shower curtain has mauled stains on it.
Has two swimming pools one on the ground floor absolutely filthy plus I was 8 and Alive by something not sure if it was mosquitoes or the ants.
The upstairs swimming pool which they say is a separate company also has a terrible swimming pool
I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a bit rough nasty & filthy.

Our stay was fine and exactly what we expected for the price. The room was clean, the staff was polite, and the location worked well for us walking distance to beach. Pool is good. Kid club is way too small and need to be improved.
