The Park Pattaya in Pattaya

This is an ok/average hotel, but my experience is that it is expensive. Rooms are ok. The Park Hotel is located in an area with two major roads in Central Pattaya. Due to the location, I do not recommend this hotel unless you have a car/motorbike.

It's sad. In the restaurant, they roll a huge dirty iron cart between the tables, push chairs, collect scraps, clear away dirty dishes near people, a pigsty, to my indignation, they snap at me. Beach towels are torn and patched, like doormats, it's embarrassing to lay them out on the beach. The beach is clean, the sea water is dirty with household waste, sewage, disgusting. And they warned us, on Wednesday and Thursday, they drain the sewage, DO NOT SWIMMING. We went to the islands. The maid in the room was rummaging through her cosmetic bag, we caught her, saw. (+)- And everyone else is smiling, friendly. The fruit is delicious. The massage is superb. The sea on the islands is magnificent, but on the coast there are mountains of garbage and glass in the corners, they take it out once a year. They'll probably litter there soon too. The streets everywhere stink of sewage, dirt, and frying food, it makes you want to puke. There are no sidewalks, you're jumping around cars. And every street stinks, there are mountains of garbage, dirt, and we even saw rats. We were there eight years ago, and it's only gotten worse. Conclusion: they've turned a beautiful country with enormous potential into a huge garbage pit. It's terrifying.

The hotel is decent. The pools are clean. The location is great. The breakfasts are terrible. The food is poor. The sanitation is unhealthy. There are a lot of sick people. The hotel guide from Annex Tour, named Elkhan, is only busy selling tour packages. If you get sick, you won't get your money back. It's better to pay a little extra and buy a 4-5 star hotel.

Convenient location, fair prices and quiet ambience

Room was just ok. The sink was broken and I was advised to put a plug in a plastic bag in the drain if I wanted to wash some clothes. Otherwise rooms are ok.
