The staff changed my room without my permission while I was away and never informed me when I returned. The employees were extremely rude. I even contacted the police, yet no hotel manager came to resolve the issue. Instead, they left incompetent staff to handle the situation poorly.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Very friendly and polite staff! The room was cleaned every day, the towels were also changed every day. No issues or problems with cleaning.
We had breakfast included and it was very convenient. Good choice, everything was fresh and tasty
There is a swimming pool on the 14th floor, not big but it was super refreshing to swim after a long walk.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It’s good value for money. We would definitely stay here one more time if in Bangkok
