This hotel is very good. The room is big enough. The shower is so good and hot water. The staff are very kind. They arranged taxi to bangkok with better price than bolt. Maybe the balcony needs chairs and table. And swiming pool is not that big but clean and in my staying it was empty. The rooms are large, great hotel gym which although only dumbbells for free weights has a good collection of fixed machines, short walk to Central Pattaya and very nice staff

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread was quite good, and the hotel staff were generally helpful. A special shout-out to the male staff member who helped with the luggage at the front desk – he was excellent. My only minor concern was the cleanliness, which could be improved. The location was convenient for getting around. All in all, I was quite satisfied.

This hotel is my regular choice in Pattaya since 2016. Great rooms, amenities, etc. Reasonably priced. Many bars are a stone throw away.

The beds at Grass are the most comfortable; Fangzheng stays here every time he comes to Pattaya. There's plenty of food right outside the door, and it's super convenient. It's really close to 168, just a 200-meter walk, and there are 7-Elevens at both the front and back entrances.

Hotel is clean and located in a back street near restaurants and massage places.

KTK is a nice and clean hotel with nice pool and sauna. The breakfast is 249 baht and until 12 o’clock every day! They also offer a shuttle service for free when you want go to the city. Staff from reception is very friendly and the bellboy very helpful.

The hotel just went through rooms refreshment. The room is spacious and comfortable. It’s equipped with small kitchen and dining table. The bathroom is located at the back of the room which different from those common design. Unfortunately, the cleanness is a bit disappointed because there is ants on the dining table and a small cockroach found at luggage area.

We booked the deluxe seaview room for our first fireworks show. It literally exceeded our expectation! You can clearly see the fireworks from pretty much every parts of the room. I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast here. Out of three days, we got food poisoning once, and another time, we showed up 35 minutes before closing and all the serving dishes were completely empty. The rooftop pool is heated, but it's very shallow, only 1.2 meters. The bar/restaurant prices are inflated. Housekeeping, room amenities, etc., are all average and acceptable, no complaints there.

This was a nice location within walking distance of most things from shopping to bars. If you desire wild and crazy or calm and social, this location will provide that. It also has a decent pool with a well functioning sauna for both men and women.

The 1 bedroom deluxe suites are very spacious and excellent value for money.Reception staff, housekeepers and security are all very friendly. Hard to find better value for money in Pattaya.

Location is far away from walking street and property is old in condition

The fuse in our room blew on the first night, so they moved us to an adjacent room. However, it wasn't the room type I booked, which is why I'm docking a point. Everything else was good.

Well maintained residence type hotel. Don't expect hotel experience, but it's a good value for money. There is lift, swimming pool, 24 hr reception. Daily house keeping. Let's talk about it in overall! The staff was splendid but still quite ignorant, and there were a few significant language barriers with room service. The great thing was the pool. It was quite fun and kid-friendly with a waterslide, even the kiddy pool had one! I had a great stay but there was one serious issue... One of the best hotels ever, best location, comfortable beds, spacious room and very helpful staff. 7Eleven is just a min walk away and it’s very convenient. They keep 2000 Thai Baht as a deposit so keep that in mind, however it was refunded upon checkout.

Big room, great location, clean at room, big bed, cheap price

The hotel itself is alright. You'll get tired of eating rice for breakfast. If you're booking, get a room without breakfast. You won't be able to fall asleep until after 2 AM and will wake up at 7 AM. Thais are very loud speakers.

Friendly staff, perfect location, decent amenities for the price

There are 5 floors with no lift. The room needs to be updated ( see photos ). Lots of noise until 2 o'clock in the morning as this is very close to the bar. If you arrive before 2:00pm you need to wait until 2 Pm or pay 200 BAHT even if there is room ready. I had to wait 35 minutes. No coffee included at the breakfast.

April suite is good for value. Only one elevator, need to wait a little bit time. But it's also good.

April suites is in a good location in central pattaya. The room was a bit empty, and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The hotel is down a bit of an alleyway so it was tricky to get a cab. There is also like a bar or something in the alley you have to walk by if on foot there that is quite sketchy to me. It was good, but for just about double the price I also stayed at the nearby Somerset...

Overall, it's very good. The staff are nice and talkative. The room is clean and very large. The swimming pool is quiet and has privacy, but the entrance at night can be a little scary if you come alone. Overall, I really like it.

The first lady at the desk doesn't understand any English and is pretty miserable and there isn't a lift or assistance with luggage. The room is nice enough and clean, but the air-conditioning engine is on the balcony and is extremely noisy. The area isn't really close to anything. İ personally wouldn't stay here again.
