B Space Residence in Pattaya

The nearby Gym is very loud until late night and the recepcionist was not very nice and polite to be honest. Im glad I have only booked 1 night i really cannot recommend this place.

It's a old and dirty furniture. The Toilet was not working, also the Internet was not working and nobody cares. The mattress is so hard like wood, I had pain after 3 Days. The Personal is not really friendly and helpful. It's also to far from the Beach 🏖️. You need a Scooter or always a Taxi 🚕. For a Tourist it's to expensive 🫰, you pay for one week the same like the Longstay for one month ? The Pool is never cleaned and only one sun lounger is available ? This is only for Farlang who stay Longtime for small Money.

Wide rooms and good speed WiFi and not bad location.

- No wire phone in the room

B Space Residence is an old and not-maintained residence/hotel. Cracks in the walls and visible dirty rooms/walls.

No one speaks English and if you have problem/complain/what-ever to talk with them about, they understand nothing. I paid 5 months(300 baht per month) for a blanket - even tho I bought my own 1 month after I moved in. And no one could understand, when I took it up with the reception. Most of the staff(New each month) don't care about people, not smile, not happy and is in general a bad representation of Thailand.

I lived a total of 6 months in B Space and if it wasn't for the quiet location and easyness of the Residence, I would have moved long time ago. Not worth a 1-or-less month stay. Pay some more and get 10x better service and a better & clean room.

At least they changed the broken TV, the day after i moved in. But the service and friendlyness stopped there.

6,000 baht for a room a month, +water and +electricity and 300 for a blanket to your bed, is not worth it in the long run. Apparently the Aircon haven't been cleaned for a long time - takes hours for the room to cool down and you need to set it to 15C, to get the room to 25C.
