Convenient location and shopping

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever

Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep

The location is great, on 2nd Road - an easy walk to the beach and most places of interest in Pattaya. The car park is huge, but not covered. Swimming pool is nice, but very little shade so pretty hot until about 4pm

However, it's quite far from the beach, Walking Street, and Terminal 21, all about 2 kilometers away, so you'll need to take a taxi or a motor

I didn't realize until check-in that the hotel was located down a small lane off the main road. I also didn't know there was a large supermarket right at the main road entrance, where you could grab a late dinner

The rooftop pool offers a view of the distant sea. Unfortunately, I visited in mid-January, and it was too cold to swim, so I just took some photos. Otherwise, the hotel was quite clean

This is ideal for those staying their last night in Pattaya; you can leave your luggage at the front desk, go out and explore for most of the day, then return to the hotel, pick up your bags, and head straight to the bus stop, saving you a lot of hassle with luggage

I like the location even though it is not that far from the beach, however not walking distance. Hotel Breakfast is less than satisfactory

It was bustling with people, and perfect for picking up some water. I was unaware that the hotel had a private business/lounge area on the second floor

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal stay at Leela Resort & Spa, Pattaya! I recently visited Thailand on my bachelor’s trip and stayed for 2 nights at Leela Resort & Spa, Pattaya—and it was absolutely phenomenal

The property is very large, but they provide battery-operated vehicles that conveniently take you from your building to the reception, pool, or other areas—very thoughtful and well managed

There’s also a beautiful lake, a swimming pool, and even a small temple within the campus, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere

huge pool, although a bit older, but serves its purpose

Beautiful garden, large balcony, squirrels, turtles in the lakes, peacocks, roosters, lots of beautiful butterflies, lots of chirping birds, 7 eleven right on the corner, very clean rooms, very helpful cleaning ladies, guarded 24 hours

Location-wise, it’s also very convenient—there’s a 7-Eleven right outside the resort, along with Korean cafés and karaoke spots on the same street. Overall, an excellent stay with great value for money

Room clean up to standard (me being nitpicky - the shower pressure wasn’t the greatest) but overall good, Walkable distance to Pattaya beach and a short drive to Jomtien beach

Will definitely return! Oh and the pool was open till about midnight which was a bonus!

The pool is on the rooftop, in the front desk area. It's a bit old but still functional. The only issue is the ongoing construction downstairs, which causes a lot of dust in the accommodation area.

The room was clean and comfy, breakfast had plenty of choices. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the hot water (the faucet was switched), but the staff fixed it right away

Basically, amazing hotel that’s all what can I say very clean good personal. Maybe for some people a little bit noisy but compared to other hotels in Pattaya for this price this hotel is amazing.

Unexpectedly good price and service

The hotel environment is OK, clean and tidy, but it is not quiet. It is too noisy outside and the fan is too loud, which affects sleep. The location is very good, close to the beach and night market.

Once I figured it out, it was no problem. This hotel is definitely not for those who are picky. I was traveling alone, so the room was spacious and comfortable. Above all, the location was perfect for a drinker

Regarding service, there was no one at the front desk when I checked out at 6:30 AM. I was worried, so I sent a LINE message the day before, but received no reply

However, the cleaning staff and security guards were very nice. The facilities are old, but the deluxe room had a power outlet at the bed, a large refrigerator, a microwave, and plates and mugs

I booked this place because it's close to the food places I wanna go to eat but I got bonuses here. -Staffs upgrade room for me at no cost. -I can see fireworks from the rooftops. -8 minutes walk to Pattaya beach

If you are a Gujarati then some good restaurants you will find there. Hotel had good staff and services. I had an experience of swimming pool was enough big. They also had spa and gym facilities

Rooms were clean and maintained properly. It is exactly same as you will see in the photos of booking sites. 😊 Location is best, as you can go for shopping or all types of restaurants at a walkable distance

Good clean near walking street

Food was very tasty when we visited in August 2024. Specially the kheer. Ambience is too good. Only Asians people are spoiling the surroundings. Drinking water was not good. Kindly check the water before drinking.

Amazing place to stay and I wan extremely happy with the experience.

We loved the rooms, swimming pool and all the amminities provided by Mind Resort. Ranveer Singh was very helpful and served whatever breakfast we want. I highly recommend this place if you are going to Pattaya

A real highlight was the amazing bartender at the pool bar — friendly, talented, and made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had! The swim-up bar and happy hour were such a fun bonus

Having stayed here a few times, I would rate it a 3 star versus 4. The rooftop pool area is nice with full menu and drink and towel service

It is next doo to a grocery store, small night market/bizarre, and the beach is a block away

The only small disappointment was that the Jacuzzi suite we booked wasn’t quite as updated as the photos online, but it didn’t hinder our experience at all. We still really enjoyed it and would absolutely come back again

We just spent 4 nights at Intimate Hotel Pattaya and had an absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel was tidy and clean, with great service and 24-hour reception

A nice hotel with good vibes and a real nice rooftop pool area, just 200 meters from the nightlife and a few more blocks from the beach. Didn't have breakfast, just a coffebar with some bread. I still recommend :)

You really couldn't get a more central location. Tree Town just a few minutes walk and the rest of Soi Baukouw really a bus ride. the staff are very welcoming from the moment you walk through the door

It is located at central Pattaya. Lot of restaurant and 7-11 there. For low budget bag packer, it is a great choice.

The location is good and the price is reasonable. The staff isn't very friendly. If you don't want to work, just don't show up, but they have an unfriendly expression.

I stay here for 5 nights , And I took the room almost 2300 baht with my dog , The hotel is big and with three blocks almost 5 floors with swimming pool in the middle , The hotel not in the center but you will find 300 meters street fill with restaurants and it can take you to beach side , There is some bars around You can use bolt app for taxi or from the street ,, morning breakfast is noisy especially...

Set back about 20 minutes walk from the beach, but this is reflected in the large room sizes and of course the price. Seperste bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom

My "come to hotel " whenever I visit Pattaya. The staff always always friendly and welcoming and nothing is too difficult for them. Also, a huge shoutout to Poppy for helping me arranging cooking utensils

The food is great and breakfest well provided for, tbe staff very nice and happy, I like that in the land off smiles

All rooms very clean, I would have given 5 stars but it's a little dated. Location means it's quiet too. Kitchen has fridge freezer, electric hib, microwave and a kettle. Large Bathroom has large shower, sink and toilet

My stay at Serenotel was remarkably beautiful! I would love to book here again next time. Facing the Pattaya beach, close to Central Beach Mall and accessible.

  Also as a result of this construction, the road does not go through at the moment, so there were occasional problems with the Bolt drivers coming the wrong way and not being able to figure out how to get to me, past the closure

Originally booked for only a few nights. But due to circumstances, my stay was extended much longer. Rooms are roomy and there is a nice balcony with a table and two chairs.   House keeping was very accommodating

Within 2 min walk of Beach Road, 20min walking distance of Bali Hua ferry, past the dingy Walking Street. Recommend for single travellers on a short budget stay. Not for families or longer stays

Bathrooms are positively tiny! The tv gives you a static filled selection of channels, mostly Russian dubbed. The breakfast buffet is basic - fresh fruits and coffee is the highlight for me
