Clean rooms, pool, great position.

The hotel has many good reviews, and my experience matched them. Everything was fine and comfortable.

For me, this is a wonderful place. It’s located near Pattaya Beach, surrounded by a variety of food choices and many tourist attractions. The service and accommodation are also very good.

The hotel is in a great location, but because of this it can be very loud at night until about 1:30 or 2:00. It is kind of a quirky style, the bathrooms are “different” but functional

This hotel is amazing with very nice staff and incredible sea view rooms. This is my favorite hotel that I have stayed in because it is very relaxing

Nice Thai style hotel, quite near to Terminal 21 and Wongamat beach. You get what you paid for.

Not bad You can walk to the mall and the beach but the service not that good.

The location is perfect, right across from the beach and close to everything you’d want in Pattaya restaurants, nightlife, and shopping all within walking distance

You can see the sea view by looking in front of the hotel. There has also coffee machine with touchscreen. Pretty wide Car and motorcycle Parking

Another review mentioned it's a 10 min walk to the beach, that's not true It's 5 tops! I tend to stay in the smaller rooms as often great deals, but had one of the huge suites last year and it was breathtaking

Great hotel in a good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to Central Mall. Handicapped lift in front of the hotel to bypass stairs. Nice fitness area and good rooftop pool.

Separate living area and the bathroom was huge. Rooftop pool is nice, and so is the food available in the hotel

Location is good. Rooms are clean. Non-smoking hotel. Parking available. Bathtub has no privacy. Seaview is blocked by other building nearby. Staffs are polite and good.

I booked executive deluxe type as it had bathtub in the balcony with a sea view (partial). I had not seen this type of setup in other hotels so far! 2

On my last stay I had a rear facing room where another huge hotel is being built behind it, so be aware of some possible noise

This hotel is in a great location. 7-11, several massage places and food are all walking distance. The nightlife is rocking here. The beds are very comfortable and the pool is OK

The location is great and the staff are great. The problem is that the building itself is getting old. The tiles, walls and ceilings have visibly weathered.

Hotel is past its prime but the higher prices still remain. The rooms are on the larger side for sure, but the furnishings are all pretty grody by now and the weight room was literally coming apart in my hands

Staffs at the reception were very helpful. They managed to change my room twice. 1st because of noisy music coming from the club at night, 2nd because the other room they gave me had a noisy aircon

The location is excellent just a minute’s walk from the lively walking streets and close to Iranian, Turkish, and Pakistani restaurants

However, if you’re seeking a quiet environment, you might want to consider other options, as this area tends to be bustling

Location is good if you want to go to Walking Street. Room was large but tatty. Electric shower wasn’t impressive.

The swimming pool is enough for myself as other customers from mostly europe, USA, Canada, Australia had sun tan browner at 36 degrees centigrate weather with high humidity

There were hundreds of boats with powerfull engines, so it was difficult to swim in the andaman sea with trust. There had been no breakfast, lunch or dinner at the hotel

The staff were very nice and the room also. There's a restaurant which was a highlight for me. My review is late, December 27 - January 3rd 2023. Things have changed according to the latest reviews

Stayed at Sandy Spring Hotel at the start and end of a months travelling Staff were really helpful and friendly, the room clean and tidy with a balcony with a sea view.

İ have chosen 56 square meters very big room with sea view as my travel time had been during january 2025

Sandy spring hotel has great location in close proximity to McDonald's, Starbucks, Thai Chinese meals, Subway, Sizzlers open Buffet free of charge , wide variety salad Buffet and fruits

Close to the beach, have swimming pool, nice breakfast but the room looks oldie and no lift so we have to carry luggage to level 3.

Easy walking distance to most points of interest on that end of town. Balcony rooms are great with views of the water and pool. The pool is awesome 3 meters in the deep end

the overall stay was good , the location is little interior but still less than kilometers to sea , the building is old but recently renovated the bed is quite comfortable to sleep and have balcony

This place definitely has its downsides. The room's soundproofing is terrible, and there's no coffee provided! It would be great if Trip. com could encourage Hotel March to at least offer some instant coffee

Good room and quite and not far to central pattaya and beach.

Nice hotel at reasonable prices, very clean and large rooms, the only thing I would say is that the rooms are dark, bedsides lights would make the room brighter and enable you to read at night

The location is good, and the room is spacious and well-equipped. The room's orientation is quiet, but you might make eye contact with people in the opposite room, so just be mindful of that

Pattaya is so hot, and you really need a pick-me-up after being out in the heat! Also, a reminder about sunscreen would be very important

I had a Fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff are excellent. It is close to bars, restaurants and the beach is a short walk but also far enough from the main area that it is quiet. I will definitely stay here again

Great place to stay when in Pattaya. The rooms are large, modern and clean. The pool is welcoming and the restaurant serves amazing food at low cost. The location is great for shopping and nightlife

Good room size, clean and comfort. Staff are friendly and approachable. Hotel is located 5 or 10min walk away from tree town and many food available even in late night. Will back again on next trip.

What surprised me, for the first time I have encountered such a thing, that even with the "Do not disturb" sign the staff will still leave you water every day, quietly hanging it on the door handle

Definitely a reco to stay and savour everything local to Pattaya. The hotel is centrally located, easily accessible and hosts its guests in spacious, well lit and effective aircons

I will be honest and say I didn’t like the breakfast, as it was very Asian centric, but equally you’re in Thailand, so shut up! Within two minutes there were plenty of places doing fry ups and western breakfasts for next to nothing (big shout out to Nicky’s which did a mega full English for 99 baht if you can drag yourself out of bed before 11am😂

My overwhelming memory of this hotel though will be the staff. Every single one of them had a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble, they really went the extra mile. I would definitely stay there again

We booked in here as our usual place was full because of the firework festival, and to be honest I didn’t have high expectations. I have to say that the reality turned out to be that I was very pleasantly surprised

Great little hotel just off of Walking Street. I did a lot of research about Pattaya before my first trip there ( about not booking your whole stay in the same place, in case of noise, comfort, etc

Right on walking street, so there is some noise. Use earugs if you want to go to sleep early. However, anybody wanting g to stay in this area probably isn't going to be staying in their hotel room at night

We got vouchers from Tourism Authority of Thailand Event in Bkk. It was so worth for money every penny. Room was superb and very spacious. Besides, during low season there was slightly private

I was suprised when I check in. The lobby is big and staffs are really friendly and supportive. The genaral manager is also nice. She is welcome us on the first day and last day as well

The building is new and beautiful. Services India from this office, convenience store distance, car from bike free and recommended. The pool is the Gym.

Overall the hotel is older, but has a classic look. The rooms are large with lots of storage space, small balcony, good bathroom. I felt like these rooms were old apartments

Location was great, it was about 20mins from the beach and 10minutes from the "center". There was a pool, but in the shade so it was kinda cold to swim. In front of the hotel there was a stray dog, who melted my heart🥺💛

I arrived at 3 am and had security take my luggage up to room. Pool is good size and nice cool, refreshing on those hot days. Only issue was once the shower water was hot, it stayed hot

Pattaya Sea Beach is hardly 5-7 minutes distance by car. Well equipped with day to day things. Sun light will enter into room

A bit off the beaten path and tucked away off the main road which can be a plus or a minus, depending. Room was big and nicely appointed. Fairly quiet even with a small drinking soi nearby

Pool is long making for good laps. No gym unless I missed it somehow

The location is not very convenient for transportation. Drivers always go the wrong way. The shower water is only hot and normal temperature. The indoor environment is not bad, but it is not worth the price

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance from the beach, and the facilities were clean and well maintained, so I stayed here for 4 days.

4 star might be pushing it a bit. No room safe which is essential for me. Very nice pool but the bulk of their clientele need a few lessons in etiquette. No chairs on the balcony.

Overall, it's pretty decent, especially if you're not used to 4-star luxury or higher. They cleaned our room every day. Even though the hotel isn't new, the rooms are spotless, though the furniture is a bit old

even though the beach is a 15-20 minute walk away the location has its perks - there is a 24 hr foodland and 24 hr restaurant both just steps away which is super convenient

We recently had an enjoyable 3 nights stay at this hotel. Breakfast selection not big but was prepared deliciously. A 24-hour large Foodland store located just 100m from the property

The hotel does not have a beach view, as it is located 25 minutes walk from the sea. Cozy hotel with very little street noise and you only hear the occasional motorcycle without a muffler

All staff members were very friendly and greet you with a warm smile. Honorable mention to aunt Mod who was exceptionally helpful, speaks fluent english and interactively mingle with each guest

Fantastic staff, treat you as family. I love the swimming pool on level 8 top of hotel, towels provided too. Will open Pool early if you ask so can swim before breakfast!!! Stay here always when in this vicinity

They are always helpful if there is anything and you quickly notice that this is the culture among the staff as it applies from when you arrive at the reception on arrival until you are escorted to the taxi that you leave the hotel with on departure

The room was a little bit old fashioned, but clean and everything inside what you need, if you travel with small luggage. A very big balcony with a little sea view and a nice pool inside to relax

We visited last year 2023 in room 54. But if you could add a water park, children would play and be enjoyed. And if you added breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thank you for keeping the room clean everytime

Location is pretty convenient to Second Road, Tree Town and the like. Pool is very small, in disarray, and there seemed to be a worker just camped out next to it every day not really doing anything

I didn't check the booking details properly; the hotel doesn't have its own parking area, but luckily I was able to park on the side of the road when I arrived

The daytime receptionist was very friendly and helpful with finding transport options. I’d stay there again, though, because of the good location (near the beach, the mall, the downtown) and the privacy

The girl at reception was fantastic, very helpful with any of our questions. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was a very central position, and a very good stay.
