Good and economical with truly hospitable staff and most of all the hotel feels safe. Unfortunately, there were some inconsiderate guests smoking heavily in the pool area even though this is a non-smoking hotel

Nice hotel if you are looking for somewhere quiet. Friendly staff who are happy to help. Rooms are big, and the bathroom is well equipped. You can walk to the lower part of Walking Street in about 15-20 minutes

If you are looking for a quiet and restful location placed between Jontiem and Pattaya, then it's a great place

It’s also just a short walk to the night party streets, which is super convenient if you want to explore the nightlife. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool

The pool was well-lit, so I wasn't afraid of getting cold when I went into the water in the morning

Beach towels are torn and patched, like doormats, it's embarrassing to lay them out on the beach. The beach is clean, the sea water is dirty with household waste, sewage, disgusting

I stayed for a week, and the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly

Due to the location, I do not recommend this hotel unless you have a car/motorbike

It's a decent hotel, the room is cleaned daily, and the sea is a 5-7-minute walk away, with two swimming pools. The pier is a 20-30-minute tuk-tuk ride away, or a 10-minute taxi ride

The room was spacious and clean, and I could even see Pattaya Beach from my window! Plus, they have triple rooms which is great for groups of three

The location was great because it was right along the beach road! There were no amenities such as toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own. Also, the hot water in the shower was hard to get in my room.

The female staff member was incredibly friendly and even helped me book a car back to Bangkok. The only minor issue in my room was a slightly clogged sink, but the shower pressure was fantastic – truly satisfying

Located in Soi Thepprasit 10, close to food options, it's quieter and more private than expected. Perfect for those who don't want to stay right by the beach. Highly recommended.

Great pool with balls and matress to play. French kitchen as well as thai. Affordable rooms and pretty quiet. Arent able to change dirty curtains, beside that good service staff.

Cleaning is done every day, Restaurant’s food is very good although a bit overpriced. Main thing I disliked was the loud 10 song playlist in the pool area that you can hear from your room until 10:30pm

Okay rooms for the price but staff is not friendly. The staff in the cashier is pretty good though. No condiments nothing in the fridge. They have a nice parrot and the pool is well maintained

Near Pattaya Beach, the entertainment district. It wasn't too noisy, so I felt comfortable. It was nice. Thank you for the warm welcome at reception. They also upgraded my room, which had a balcony. I'll be back again.

I like it because it's in a good location and has a bathtub.

Was warned about construction noise prior to payment, but @ $36 AU per night (low season) and situated between Soi 12 and Soi 13 on 2nd Pattaya Rd ,LK Metro and Soi Buakhoa and Kiss food within walking distance, what more can i ask for

Cleanliness is decent but not great, few socket points too, however all other facilities functioned as required. Bed was comfy, pool was nice, and breakfast is great

Just like the photos, it's right on the beachfront road, directly across from the sea. We had two rooms, and breakfast with a view of the ocean was incredibly relaxing.

The room type I booked had no windows, so as soon as I woke up, I'd take a taxi to the school by the sea and spend the whole day at the restaurant there

If you're on vacation, it's definitely worth booking a nicer room with a sea view. That way, you can just relax comfortably in the hotel every day

30pm, last minute decide to join the Pattaya 3 days countdown concert at the beach side. Its a walking distance for 10-15mins only very convenience. Walking about 15min to Big C and 20min to Terminal 21

It's comfortable, quiet, and the staff are friendly. Its unbeatable proximity to Soi Buakhao makes it my absolute favorite. Just a heads-up, as it's an older hotel, some of the facilities are a bit dated
