Great location and quiet enough providing your room is not road side. Clean and comfortable, very modern with a nice swimming pool. 7/11 is close by and there are a number restaurants, all within waking distance

One of the hotels I would definitely choose again. I had a comfortable 3 days and 2 nights stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The area is not too crowded with tourists, which makes it more relaxing

Bed was comfortable, with a nice large pool as well, carpark was also sufficient even on Valentine's day. One thing that I felt was a let down is gonna be the ala carte breakfast

It’s also close to convenience stores, so getting essentials is easy. Motorcycle parking is well provided and convenient, making it suitable for group rides or convoys. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay

Nice and morden hotel, 24hours convenient stores available nearby. the room which I stayed was facing the back greenery which was well equip and quiet

It will be great if it was a buffet style breakfast. Really hope the hotel would consider a change

The hotel's super location and for the money, it seems more and Breakfast is, XS, we only slept and left in the clothes when I went to Koh Chang hates it, and even cleaned every day! For the money weeeet!!!! Can certainly those who bobetsky syndrome and write what is not what, but they know better, if the hotel can not get out, and they're probably now in the swimming pool

An old gem in a very convenient location. It’s very close to the beach, Bangla Street, and other key attractions, so getting around is quite easy

In this price u will get many good hotels , welcom plaza is having old furniture and bed makes sound … so overall i can say average 2/5 star from me , balcony and swimming pool is the best rest rooms are ok ok , and be careful if u miss place any of the hotel belongings u will be charged 3x of that price , thay have nit given us towels on last night and the reception told ur 2 towels are missing...

A terrible downside was the flies by the pool, they were unbearable! But if you consider it a budget option, the hotel offers excellent value for money

Budget hotel close to the beach and nightlife attractions. Hotel building feels dated but the room comes with free buffet breakfast. Food is ok.

We went to breakfast once and left, never to return. At the reception, we saw that we could upgrade our room for an additional 600 baht per night. We did it and didn't regret it at all; it was a night and day difference

It’s clean and well-maintained. The location is not that close to the beach and to the Walking Street but there are many food shops, convenience stores and bars in the area

The hotel's facilities are great, with three pools in the back and a restaurant serving good food - the pizzas and Thai dishes were good and the club sandwich was good

The swimming pools were always clean. There's only a few lounge chairs per pool and they seemed a bit tattered. There were renovations going on and I think once completed, it will be even better

The pool is kinda small so I didn’t get to use it. It’s reasonable when it comes to the price. My stay included a breakfast which was good

The staff, especially Juun at reception, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, extending my booking A few times because II wanted to remain here due to the good price, good location and everything I've mentioned above

True, it's on the beach (after you cross a busy road). The pool and common areas are well maintained. There's a convenient entrance to the hotel grounds off the beach road as well as an entrance on Soi 2

We Took a sea view room, it was very nice, spacious and beautiful. Their stuffs are very professional and tries as much as possible to help tourists

My room was quiet even though near the elevator and had a (distant) sea view. The room had a functional fridge

I enjoyed my 3 nights vacation there very much and never wanted to leave that place. The only thing is, their locks are not very secured to me. They take a bit of practice and time to lock properly

Their garden is so beautiful! You can stay all day in that garden, so peaceful and relaxing. Their food is very very hygienic and tasty, also it is closer to many street food place of pattaya

also their bathrooms are not that good. I mean they are clean and perfect but the flash doesn't work properly sometimes, sometimes the water of the basin takes to long to go

The location is good. The price is ok. Not much of the city or sea view for that price. I d look elsewhere for the next visit. Maybe the Somerset or Hilton.

The front desk and concierge staff were very helpful. We appreciated the underground parking very much. There was no beach outlook and the street frontage was quite narrow, but it still offered good value for money

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and I wanted to highlight a few specific areas: Reception and Security: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any questions or requests

Room: The room was truly impressive – very user-friendly, well-equipped with amenities, and a comfortable space to relax. Housekeeping: I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their excellent service

Nice place to stay for near pattaya beach, cozy place and good room, the worker there are good hospitality. Around the hotel are near to big mall and supermarket. The foods is good too.

Near to big mall but the nearby beach was terrible, maybe wrong season as it was low tide. Breakfast was ok, relaxing at pool area but sometimes there was a bad smell.

My 2nd time here for work purposes. Mr K has been very hospitable during my check in and check out. All receptionist were very polite. Love the pools and breakfast

Location is next to beach road. The people that work here really make you feel at home and even sang happy birthday to me, really nice customer care. I give 5 stars for the staff and the nice swimming pool.

I wish the laundry service could be faster and return without being asked all the time. I sent my laundry on Tuesday, Wednesday evening I had to call for it be sent to room

Everything was just nice. The territory is amazing! There’re are so many birds and squirrels, and of course, a huge swimming pool. The room was nice too.

Very clean and tidy hotel right in the middle of bars and restaurants. Beach is a 1 minute walk. Rooftop pool and bar area very big with many seating areas. Definitely stay here again

The sea view from the room was fantastic, and the rooftop pool was even better. Plus, there were even sharks accompanying diners at the restaurant downstairs – truly a nice touch!

We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.   The hotel is lovely, service was excellent, and the attention to our request made the stay even more enjoyable

That said, the resort may not be ideal for older guests or those with mobility issues, as getting around requires quite a bit of walking between facilities even with Bucky services However, there are a few areas for improvement, primarily at breakfast

The hotel's design is excellent, and there's a golf shuttle that arrives promptly with just a call to the front desk! The hotel also offers a shuttle to and from Central Pattaya, but you need to book it in advance with the front desk

Nice hotel with very helpful staffs. Peaceful feeling with sense of privacy didn’t feel like we are in pattaya at all. A little small beach due to the location of the hotel which locating on a cliff

The service was inconsistent, and the selection felt underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber. At the bread station, utensils were missing, and staff took several minutes to assist, requiring multiple requests

However, I often found small bugs in my food during breakfast, which was the only thing I disliked. Sometimes, getting a Grab from the hotel takes a bit longer. Walking out of the hotel isn't very convenient

Aside from the beach access and the rooftop pool, there's really nothing positive to say. I definitely won't be staying here again

Sea Me Spring Too is a solid choice in Pattaya, offering incredible value for money. Its location on Soi 10 is the star, putting you right next to the beach and major shopping/dining hubs like Central Pattaya Mall

The best things about this hotel are its walking distance to the beach and the rooftop pool

This hotel is a bit dated but still a nice place to stay. The rooms are fairly quiet being this close to Beach Rd. The rooms are clean and large with nice spacious balconies. Very affordable place to stay

The room is clean and well-equipped with amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, a shower cap, a hair dryer, and beach shoes, though it’s missing cotton buds

Lying right at the beachfront, with two amazing pools it is the ultimate relaxing getaway from the busy city. The staff and owner are amazing and so helpful, could both have had a better stay, 10/10

I think I've found the hotel of my life! Rabbit Resort was the most unforgettable part of my trip to Thailand. The Thai-style bungalows make you feel like you're in a forest, and Jomtien Beach is right across the street

great coffe and breakfast choices, french bakery on site, pool opened till 9pm and beautiful rooms. The owner was greeting us during breakfast, and we got lovely thank you card at the end of our stay

Love the food, good selection of western and basic Thai menu. They have a bakery too with pastries on display and cakes in the fridge. View of the beach just lovely

The only minor drawback is that it's not very close to the center; you have to take a bus to get around. But it's reasonably priced, clean, and very worthwhile

Close to the beach and ferry to the islands. Sea view rooms will hear a lot of noise all night from the club opposite. Ear plugs are provided to get a good night sleep

Location is number 1 if you want to be close to the walking street action. You've got a massage shop on your doorstep, two seven elevens downstairs and you are across the street from McDonald's

Well located right on Beach Road and a short walk from the sandy beach, the hotel was well placed for my stay and in a lively area. My room was spacious and clean and had a nice view of the bay from the balcony

The breakfast buffet was tasty and had plenty of variety. I loved the main pool, which is large, clean and nicely kept, with plenty of loungers and shade

There’s also a smaller pool near the tower building that’s a bit quieter if you prefer somewhere more peaceful
