The hotel's location is good bit far from the beach , and the rooms, while a bit on the small side, There is two pools—one on the ground floor and lovely sun deck on the rooftop

The environment is great, there are two swimming pools, and the transportation is convenient.

The hotel is well-maintained and excellently managed by the staff. The furniture is in good condition, the curtains and linens are clean, and the two pools are spotless – all clear signs of great management

Jomtien Beach is easily accessible: a public songthaew (a shared taxi truck) stops right outside the door and will take you there in about 15 minutes for just 10 baht

This is my go-to hotel. Two swimming pools buffet breakfast automatic coffee machines. I love it!

Furniture and amenities are a bit broken/malfunctioning but satisfactory. No decoration, white walls. A bit dusty, but generally clean. Friendly staff. Normal cheap'otel.

The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby

Housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax, offering nice views of the city and sea

The rooms were bright and spacious, with warm and comfortable lighting, and even had smart TVs. The hotel's location was superb, with a beautiful rooftop pool creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere

Money might solve almost any problem, but for your safety, I suggest that next time you stay at this hotel, record the entire check-in process with your phone before entering the room and on the day of check-out, including all items in the room and any items that require payment, to avoid unnecessary disputes

Housekeeping is excellent. Bed is comfortable. Location is good. Price is excellent.

My stay at Leela Resort n Spa I stayed at Leela Resort for four nights and really enjoyed my time here. The environment is beautiful, with many big, shady trees that make the whole place feel peaceful and relaxing

It's a 5-minute walk to Second Road. If you go right, you'll reach the Terminal 21 mall, and if you go left, you'll get to Central Pattaya, both about 15 minutes away. Breakfast was simple, but there was enough to eat

Our room was on the second floor and was perfectly decent. Rooms either face the road or the water; ours faced the road. Since we were only staying for a couple of nights, we didn't have any issues

The hotel grounds, I would say, are not well-maintained. For the most part, this is a city hotel, good for an overnight stay. If you're looking for a relaxing hotel vacation, this is definitely not the place

There was road noise in the room that made it hard to sleep, so I think if that's important to you, it's better to get a room that doesn't face the road. The linens and towels were clean

After staying at a few different hotels in Pattaya this one has to be my absolute favorite staff are absolutely brilliant very helpful especially on New Year's Eve when the hotel was super busy

The pool was clean but there were a lot of leaves from the tree which fell inside. However, this hotel is value for money especially those who are looking for a family room

Was an okay overall experience at the Manhattan pattaya hotel. Check in was smooth but had to wait for room. Beautiful pool but was noisy with kids during our weekend stay

Hotel room was clean and spacious at 12th floor, good front view of the beach. Toilet eas clean and breakfast was ok. Reception was helpful but no cause doors were open.

Ruenthip Hotel is a beautiful oasis with warm and welcoming staff that truly enhance the experience. My room was incredibly spacious, boasting a stunning sea view that made my stay even more enjoyable

The room has a balcony and is very comfortable. The swimming pool is a bit small. The only problem is that the location is a bit remote. It is only 500 meters away from the beach

However, the beach is a bit smelly and not well maintained

But for not much money and the service is appropriate. Wi-Fi in the room almost does not work, and also jams mobile Internet. The pool is very small and not improved. Breakfasts, you can choose, no frills

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever

Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep

The location is great, on 2nd Road - an easy walk to the beach and most places of interest in Pattaya. The car park is huge, but not covered. Swimming pool is nice, but very little shade so pretty hot until about 4pm

However, it's quite far from the beach, Walking Street, and Terminal 21, all about 2 kilometers away, so you'll need to take a taxi or a motor

I didn't realize until check-in that the hotel was located down a small lane off the main road. I also didn't know there was a large supermarket right at the main road entrance, where you could grab a late dinner

The rooftop pool offers a view of the distant sea. Unfortunately, I visited in mid-January, and it was too cold to swim, so I just took some photos. Otherwise, the hotel was quite clean

This is ideal for those staying their last night in Pattaya; you can leave your luggage at the front desk, go out and explore for most of the day, then return to the hotel, pick up your bags, and head straight to the bus stop, saving you a lot of hassle with luggage

I like the location even though it is not that far from the beach, however not walking distance. Hotel Breakfast is less than satisfactory

It was bustling with people, and perfect for picking up some water. I was unaware that the hotel had a private business/lounge area on the second floor

The hotel is located in a quiet spot but still close to the action, near Big C, Terminal 21, and the beach. The room was a bit cramped, but it had a balcony, which was great for drying clothes

There was a full-length mirror, and the lighting was perfect for makeup. The bottled water provided wasn't very good, but the iced water in the lobby was refreshing

The staff at the front of the hotel is always friendly and helpful, he assisted with bringing luggage upstairs to the room and even helped us when we left in the taxi

Our stay was fine and exactly what we expected for the price. The room was clean, the staff was polite, and the location worked well for us walking distance to beach. Kid club is way too small and need to be improved

Room clean up to standard (me being nitpicky - the shower pressure wasn’t the greatest) but overall good, Walkable distance to Pattaya beach and a short drive to Jomtien beach

Will definitely return! Oh and the pool was open till about midnight which was a bonus!

The pool is on the rooftop, in the front desk area. It's a bit old but still functional. The only issue is the ongoing construction downstairs, which causes a lot of dust in the accommodation area.

The room was clean and comfy, breakfast had plenty of choices. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the hot water (the faucet was switched), but the staff fixed it right away

Basically, amazing hotel that’s all what can I say very clean good personal. Maybe for some people a little bit noisy but compared to other hotels in Pattaya for this price this hotel is amazing.

Unexpectedly good price and service

On my experiences over 10 years in hospitality, i can tell that this hotel was excellent service, start from check in process, breakfast service until check out process, front staff, bell staff, breakfast staff, housekeeping staff were so kind, polite and helpful

The reception staff, the concierge, and the cleaning staff are so warm and eager to get everything right. Great! The rooms are nicer than in the pictures, very clean and allergy-friendly

Guest relations supervisor (Toy) was so kind and helpful, he always around 1st floor and Executive floor to assist anything you need, on executive floor as well Khun Plai was so cute and kind, she always smile and welcome us everyday when we go up there ❤️💞🥰 especially Khun Charlie Operation Manager, he was waiting to welcome and farewell us, i have learned that all staff performance got well trained...

The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes from the beach. The hotel rooms are quiet, you don't hear any noise from the outside, and the beds are super comfortable. You can sleep really well here

Service was great from all the staff and only improvement here can be abit more service during breakfast hours eg getting you a coffee

On the 12th floor, there’s a spa, a fitness center, and a pool with a wide, beautiful view. They also have a restaurant on the 19th floor. I only visited briefly during my first stay

Great location and quiet enough providing your room is not road side. Clean and comfortable, very modern with a nice swimming pool. 7/11 is close by and there are a number restaurants, all within waking distance

One of the hotels I would definitely choose again. I had a comfortable 3 days and 2 nights stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The area is not too crowded with tourists, which makes it more relaxing

Bed was comfortable, with a nice large pool as well, carpark was also sufficient even on Valentine's day. One thing that I felt was a let down is gonna be the ala carte breakfast

It’s also close to convenience stores, so getting essentials is easy. Motorcycle parking is well provided and convenient, making it suitable for group rides or convoys. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay

It’s clean and well-maintained. The location is not that close to the beach and to the Walking Street but there are many food shops, convenience stores and bars in the area

The hotel's facilities are great, with three pools in the back and a restaurant serving good food - the pizzas and Thai dishes were good and the club sandwich was good

The swimming pools were always clean. There's only a few lounge chairs per pool and they seemed a bit tattered. There were renovations going on and I think once completed, it will be even better

The pool is kinda small so I didn’t get to use it. It’s reasonable when it comes to the price. My stay included a breakfast which was good

The pool opens right onto the beach, which is very convenient, and it's not far from the night market, where you can find plenty of food within walking distance

I recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it. The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean

The bed was soft, the air-conditioning worked well, and the balcony provided a great spot to unwind. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh throughout my stay. The pool area was one of the highlights

The public areas of the hotel are also pretty good. There are three swimming pools, which kept the kids entertained for an entire afternoon

There are plenty of loungers, the water is clean, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. The beach is only a few steps away, making it easy to switch between the pool and the sea

Consequently, the breakfast largely caters to Western tastes, which wasn't quite to my liking. Overall, for the price, it's an excellent choice, especially for families with two children

True, it's on the beach (after you cross a busy road). The pool and common areas are well maintained. There's a convenient entrance to the hotel grounds off the beach road as well as an entrance on Soi 2

We Took a sea view room, it was very nice, spacious and beautiful. Their stuffs are very professional and tries as much as possible to help tourists

My room was quiet even though near the elevator and had a (distant) sea view. The room had a functional fridge

I enjoyed my 3 nights vacation there very much and never wanted to leave that place. The only thing is, their locks are not very secured to me. They take a bit of practice and time to lock properly

Their garden is so beautiful! You can stay all day in that garden, so peaceful and relaxing. Their food is very very hygienic and tasty, also it is closer to many street food place of pattaya

also their bathrooms are not that good. I mean they are clean and perfect but the flash doesn't work properly sometimes, sometimes the water of the basin takes to long to go

The location is good. The price is ok. Not much of the city or sea view for that price. I d look elsewhere for the next visit. Maybe the Somerset or Hilton.

The front desk and concierge staff were very helpful. We appreciated the underground parking very much. There was no beach outlook and the street frontage was quite narrow, but it still offered good value for money

GREAT stay again @ my preffered hotel at Pattaya. Closed by Central Pattaya, Soi 6 , Beach-Road, Soi Bhuakao, even Walking Street within 20min walking distance. ENJOY it & PATTAYA 🤗

The hotel's location is great, very close to the beach, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It would have been a fantastic experience, but the check-out process left a sour taste

Labeling this hotel as a 5-star is a bit of a stretch; the only real highlight is the pool. Overall, I'd give it a maximum of 4 stars. I hope Ctrip will be more accurate with their star ratings in the future

Very clean and tidy hotel right in the middle of bars and restaurants. Beach is a 1 minute walk. Rooftop pool and bar area very big with many seating areas. Definitely stay here again

The sea view from the room was fantastic, and the rooftop pool was even better. Plus, there were even sharks accompanying diners at the restaurant downstairs – truly a nice touch!
