great hotel, been coming for a few years now, rooms were great, enjoyed it that much, we are going again in march 26, pool was relaxing, great location ,short ride to all bars and nightlife, short taxi ride to the beach, price was good, staff were great would recommend 100%

It is a hotel that offers good value for the money, with very spacious rooms that also have a balcony.

The location is convenient in the North of Pattaya. It is a quiet area that is peaceful and within walking distance from The Sanctuary Temple, as well as several private resort beaches that are accessible to the public. Many fresh food restaurants nearby as well.

The room smells like sewage, and when I dry myself with a towel, white dust clings to my skin. I've asked for replacement towels, but they're all the same. The room is infested with ants and cockroaches, and the pool is full of dead bugs. The towels are of inferior quality to those sold in the market for 50 baht. These problems aren't unique to me; all my friends have experienced them. It's highly likely that every room has the same problem

Unfortunately the experience was not very good there were some insects in the room and bed was old and uncomfortable, the hotel description in booking mentioned that it was closed to the beach but we were surprised to find it was actually far from main beach I don't plan to stay at this hotel again

Very young cute staff happy to greet you and help however and whenever they can. It's a busy hotel near the Sanctuary of Truth so isn't near the main walking area's of the city so no traffic noise to keep you awake. The rooms are clean but slightly outdated but are completely functional and are at the right price point. For best prices it's best to book in advance online as walk ins pay almost double the advertised price showing on Google maps. 480 online 700 walk in. Rooms have air con and fridge. Room 202 has bad odor coming from the drains

I book thid hotel for my friend. The hotel staff cannot find our booking when my friend check in but he allowed him to get in to the room. When my friendcheck out morning staff ask him for payment but I booked prepaid so he called me to confirmed. Then I call trip.com so the staff of trip called to the hotel to end this problem. Thank you trip.com for immediate assistance.

Been coming here for many years and this trip has been as good as ever. Small 3 storey hotel tucked away up a side street off the Naklua road. Near to a fee top hotels but far enough away to have very little noise or traffic. Large room with good size bathroom and a balcony. Includes air-conditioning, TV wardrobe etc. Staff are super friendly and the pool is so quiet it often is just you using it. Best part is the price of 650 baht a night, best value I have had in the area. Was early arriving this time due to s flight change but they let me into my room at no extra cost before 9am. Cannot rate the quality of staff service high enough.

The place had so much space in between a wall and a door on the balcony & room entrance, that I had to wear ear plugs constantly. It was room 309. I’ve stayed for a month there, and that’s creates tension.

May be it was a special ‘pet’ room as I was traveling with a cat, but stay wasn't comfortable

The rooms are basic but we needed a room after midnight and they were open. The price was reasonable.
