Nice hotel with very helpful staffs. Peaceful feeling with sense of privacy didn’t feel like we are in pattaya at all. A little small beach due to the location of the hotel which locating on a cliff. The staffs are so nice and very helpful really love that hospitalities. The dining room is so romantic with the sunset view and delicious Italian food.

The environment is elegant, and the scenery is beautiful. The hygiene is also good. However, the service from the doormen is quite strange. We stayed for six nights, and they never greeted guests, even when we arrived back at the hotel entrance by taxi. For a five-star hotel, this service is quite unusual.

The overall environment is good, typical of an InterContinental resort, but the rooms are a bit small and the balcony lacks privacy. The hotel lobby is quite distinctive and picturesque. The food wasn't as good as I expected (especially since Ctrip recommended it as a 'foodie hotel'), and transportation is inconvenient, requiring taxis to get around.

Pros: The room was great, service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Cons: The soundproofing on the door wasn't very good; although it wasn't overly noisy, you could still hear loud sounds from outside. Stayed in the Grand King Room at Hotel Paya Pattaya. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is quite good, and the hotel is new with a pretty nice design, offering great value for money. However, the soundproofing isn't very good. Our room faced away from the pool, so every morning, the chickens from the airport downstairs were incredibly noisy. I'd recommend getting a room facing the pool next time.

This was our first hotel after landing in Thailand. It's right next to a hospital that's under construction, but it was completely quiet at night. However, there are plenty of bars and massage shops nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. The hotel breakfast was also very good. For the National Day holiday, two nights cost less than 1,000, which is excellent value for money.

Front desk receptions were not kind nor nice. They were bare minimum doing their work in service industry. Finally they helped us but in a not nice mood.

The room key is very inconvenient to carry, and the water flow in the bathroom and sink is very weak. Its only advantage is the price.

I booked two rooms, one on the third floor and one on the first. The hallway on the first floor was a bit dim during the day as the lights weren't on, but they were at night. I booked a week at Honey Boutique hotel but I was assigned to this hotel on my first day. They didn't tell me the reason why. My room was not bad and not good. The balcony was small and facing the LK Metro made me worry about the loud sounds.

I read reviews before I booked my stay, I am staying a week and was given a room on the 5th floor. A corner room facing the beach. I have not experienced anything I read in other reviews. The staff is friendly all around, the breakfast is more than adequate. Room is clean and I see cleaning staff all day long. This is a great hotel!!

Only book this hotel for the sea view. If you plan to just book a regular room, I suggest you look elsewhere where they have better amenities. Breakfast was basic. They did have fresh squeezed OJ.

The breakfast is almost cyclostyled. Most of the items were repeated. Rooms are ok but for housekeeping you have to remind again about missing items like towels or soap etc. They have placed so many items in the fridge which you can’t even check. Overall it is ok.

The service attitude in Pattaya is truly exceptional. This hotel is right by the beach, a bit far from the city center, but the environment is beautiful and quiet. The sea-view cliff-side restaurant next to the hotel is absolutely stunning for sunset views. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; the strange noises from the couple next door were quite persistent. 😂

The hotel environment is excellent, clean and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. The front desk lady, in particular, was very patient and helped us solve our problems. The mattress was great, and the room was spacious! However, the bathroom was a bit too open for my liking.
