The hotel's design is excellent, and there's a golf shuttle that arrives promptly with just a call to the front desk! The hotel also offers a shuttle to and from Central Pattaya, but you need to book it in advance with the front desk. The breakfast spread is abundant; the noodle soup at the entrance had me hooked for two days straight. The Element restaurant is fantastic; all three dishes we ordered...
Best hotel ever; kid club swimming pool ... restaurant
Cant explain how much i love this place
Nice hotel with very helpful staffs. Peaceful feeling with sense of privacy didn’t feel like we are in pattaya at all. A little small beach due to the location of the hotel which locating on a cliff. The staffs are so nice and very helpful really love that hospitalities. The dining room is so romantic with the sunset view and delicious Italian food.
The environment is elegant, and the scenery is beautiful. The hygiene is also good. However, the service from the doormen is quite strange. We stayed for six nights, and they never greeted guests, even when we arrived back at the hotel entrance by taxi. For a five-star hotel, this service is quite unusual.
The overall environment is good, typical of an InterContinental resort, but the rooms are a bit small and the balcony lacks privacy. The hotel lobby is quite distinctive and picturesque. The food wasn't as good as I expected (especially since Ctrip recommended it as a 'foodie hotel'), and transportation is inconvenient, requiring taxis to get around.
My husband and I both agree, next time we're in Pattaya, we're definitely staying here again!!!

On a business trip to Thailand, after finishing up in Saraburi, we splurged 4,000 Thai Baht on a private car to Pattaya, the 'men's paradise.' I had booked this hotel in advance and arrived around 7 PM. The hotel's front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication easy, and check-in was a breeze. The friendly staff even offered us flower tea. The room's decor was quite nice, and it was well...
This is the fourth time booked this hotel, worth the price, 24 hrs check in is the best for Pattaya
I booked two separate nights through the platform, which actually exceeded my expectations. Communication with the platform was smooth and efficient. They arranged for me to stay in the same room type for both nights, even though I had booked different ones. The front desk staff could also communicate in fluent Chinese, which was a huge plus. It's a truly professional team; they proactively communicate...
Pros: The room was great, service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious.
Cons: The soundproofing on the door wasn't very good; although it wasn't overly noisy, you could still hear loud sounds from outside. Also, the pool area had no view – I'm surprised nobody else mentioned that.
It's close to Pattaya Beach, so it's fine for a short stay.
Stayed in the Grand King Room at Hotel Paya Pattaya. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a long day. You can get the bath bomb or bath salt at the reception. The only small downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy at first and could use better airing or ventilation. Overall, a pleasant stay.
This hotel offers an amazing experience! The decor is very distinctive, and the room facilities are excellent, including a small balcony with a drying rack. All the staff are incredibly nice and responsive to every request. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to Pattaya Beach, Terminal 21, Big C, the Outlet Mall, and more. The surrounding area is well-equipped with pharmacies...
Room was great, comfortable bed, staff are very friendly and helpful, good food in bistro
Great hotel with great location
Excellent food choice at the morning time buffet.
Reception and restaurant Staff very helpful.
Bit disappoint that the room was not ready at check-in time.
The location is quite good, and the hotel is new with a pretty nice design, offering great value for money. However, the soundproofing isn't very good. Our room faced away from the pool, so every morning, the chickens from the airport downstairs were incredibly noisy. I'd recommend getting a room facing the pool next time.
Lovely stay walking distance to everything very clean we no breakfast but restaurants close by 140 Bart for eggs bacon tomato Potato sausage toast butter juice tea or coffee . Was enough to fill to lunch time pool was nice
The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is excellent.

I had a wonderful stay here ,the staff and especially the cleaning lady on the 3rd floor were superb ,perfect location next to the beach 😊
Great location, close to the beach and a short walk away. However, the rooms are old, there's no elevator, it's quite dusty, and parking is limited. The parking lot under the hotel is isolated, has very few spots, and is dirty.
Cheap but good hotel to stay in Pattaya.
We stayed at Natural Beach Hotel from June 09 to June 12, 2025, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience, especially considering the budget.
We booked 3 nights for 3 people at just 2850 Baht, which is an excellent deal for such a central location in Pattaya. Our preference was for one room with an extra bed, but the hotel went above expectations by providing a spacious room that included an additional...
A decent hotel if you can get a deal but bang on average. Ants in room and the shower was pretty meh and when i had it on the lights started blinking. Generally clean though.
The room I had was comfortable. Bed is comfy. Cleaned when requested. Nice balcony. AC was strong and new. Plus a fan. 1 min walk to beach road. Friendly staff.
I will definitely stay again.
It's a bit far from the main centre. The hotel room looks new but the lobby and walkway looks old. No aircon at lobby
Very friendly reception staff. Left valuables in drawer on check out. Staff kept them in reception for me to collect.
tldr: Good and clean hotel with all basic need provided.
Chose this hotel because it's just behind Dive Station Pattaya.
Old but well maintained. All the staff here are very helpful and polite, especially the mascot 😼 The room I get has a brand new aircon unit just installed!!! Spacious room just as advertised in booking platform. Working TV and small refrigerator. They provide a thermos for you to...
staff are friendly and room comfortable,a lot of restaurants and bars around over there.very good location.
Very friendly staff. Not expensive. Will come again
Hello you have good hotel and have in you hotel in 2019. You have 5 big star of me.
Hotel Vista is a highly recommended hotel in Thailand. The overall environment is clean and tidy, with a modern design that still retains a vacation vibe. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the quality of rest is excellent. The staff are warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants...
Excellent stay! High standard and great location
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Vista. The room was spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and even had a nice balcony.
The hotel itself looks fantastic—it feels very new and maintains a really high standard. The staff were wonderful and provided great service throughout our stay, with a special...
The Vista Hotel has a very good location – it is close to the beach, which is a big plus. The service deserves 5 stars: very helpful, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, with a balcony and a comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the view from the balcony was of the dirty wall of another building, which was a significant downside. In addition, the doors...
I recommend this hotel, staff are well trained and polite most of all staff are very approachable.
This was our first hotel after landing in Thailand. It's right next to a hospital that's under construction, but it was completely quiet at night. However, there are plenty of bars and massage shops nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. The hotel breakfast was also very good. For the National Day holiday, two nights cost less than 1,000, which is excellent value for money.
It's decent. Fairly clean (ignoring the dust I saw in the spotlight). It's close to the boardwalk, but don't get the wrong idea – none of the rooms have a sea view. So, getting a room on the 7th floor (out of eight) was good enough for me. Thanks.

😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻very gooo very much looking for this one too thank youu
The room was spacious and the balcony was a great plus. The only downside was a huge cockroach in the room 😨
The facilities are a bit old, but the location and environment are fantastic!
Front desk receptions were not kind nor nice. They were bare minimum doing their work in service industry. Finally they helped us but in a not nice mood.
The room key is very inconvenient to carry, and the water flow in the bathroom and sink is very weak. Its only advantage is the price.
I booked two rooms, one on the third floor and one on the first. The hallway on the first floor was a bit dim during the day as the lights weren't on, but they were at night. The third floor was much brighter. Overall, it was decent. The staff were quite welcoming, but the rooms were a bit dated. There were marks on the windows; I'm not sure if they couldn't be cleaned off or if the glass was damaged

Super clean
Convenient location
Friendly an helpful staff
Air conditioner cold
Comfortable bed
Hotel is worth the price, as the room size is decent. However, location can be better as it is always hard to locate it via bolt app.
The room was clean, which was great, but the pillow inserts had a slight odor. There were a lot of Korean and Indian tour groups staying at the hotel, so breakfast was a bit crowded and chaotic. The location is excellent; it's easy to catch a songthaew (local shared taxi) to Terminal 21 and other shopping areas. Plus, there's a Best Supermarket just out of the alley that's open until midnight and has...
Clean and hygienic, with better value for money compared to other hotels nearby. It's close to the bustling area; you can walk to the department store and the beach. Although it's a bit of a stroll, it's still acceptable. This price point is fantastic, highly recommended.
The hotel room is quite spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. It's really quiet at night, which is great for sleeping. Plus, they offer welcome drinks, and the pool is wonderfully relaxing. The hotel's location is also excellent. P4 refers to the sunset time at the pool.

Great staff very helpful polite and willing to go the extra mile. Access to a great rooftop pool Very clean hotel right in the heart of the action. Would definitely recommend
Great people, smiling, friendly staff, helpful rooms are cleaned every day. I definitely recommend it and will come again.
I booked a week at Honey Boutique hotel but I was assigned to this hotel on my first day.
They didn't tell me the reason why.
My room was not bad and not good.
The balcony was small and facing the LK Metro made me worry about the loud sounds.
5 mins to central festival shopping mall and beach road.
Family mart just below hotel and 7-11 store just 200m away from e trance of soi11.
Near to LK METRO And Soi Buakhow market for cheap local food.
Reception are helpful and visitors that you bring alone to room require him/her to leave her identification card at reception for security and safety of you.

Great value for money. Perfect location, large rooms with balcony, restaurant in the front, swimming pool and an inhouse massage parlour. ATM next to the entrance. Friendly staff, very welcoming
Excellent choice for clean, reasonably quiet and affordable accommodations in the middle of the busy part of town.
This hotel is good with out the high price great location and unbelievable staff that look after you every time beds and showers food and drinks plus and great pool and as well I always stay here because everything I like is quality with a touch of class as well if you get a chance to book up when it’s available you won’t be disappointed it’s close to everything central and other malls and restaurants
Good location, on main road near lots of restaurants, beach and markets.
Traffic can be crazy
The room was spacious and super clean. The bed was ok. Can hear loud music from outside but bearable I guess. Our balcony view was dark and empty. They don’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. Shower gel and shampoo bottles were too tiny and too hard to use. Ants walking around the basin area but is ok. We didn’t happen to use the pool. Receptionist was not very friendly but it was ok. Rooms a little dated, but still functional and beds are comfortable. Plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff.
Excellent hotel. On the beach. Large comfy room. Great views. Fantastic staff
Really nice view from my room balcony
The studio is not an ocean-view room and does not have a balcony. That’s all.
This is definitely one of the hotels that I will come back to. It is clean and cute. The staff is friendly. It is right opposite the beach and 10 mins toktok drive from Walking street. I will say location is Ok not the best but it does the job. If you are in Pattya and want a nice beach chill out this is your spot do not miss!
I read reviews before I booked my stay, I am staying a week and was given a room on the 5th floor. A corner room facing the beach. I have not experienced anything I read in other reviews. The staff is friendly all around, the breakfast is more than adequate. Room is clean and I see cleaning staff all day long. This is a great hotel!!
Only book this hotel for the sea view. If you plan to just book a regular room, I suggest you look elsewhere where they have better amenities. Breakfast was basic. They did have fresh squeezed OJ.

The hotel is good . Breakfast has less variety as compared to other similar hotels. Location is good. Suggestions given to the staff were not implemented although they admitted them to be good.
After reading the previous reviews i tried to cancel, glad I didn’t
Nice stay at hotel, Very convenient, wish to be here next time again.
Myself Hussain Cyclewala visited 2 times the Staff were very co operated even the House Keeping also
Thanks & Kind Regards
Hussain
The breakfast is almost cyclostyled. Most of the items were repeated. Rooms are ok but for housekeeping you have to remind again about missing items like towels or soap etc. They have placed so many items in the fridge which you can’t even check. Overall it is ok.
The service attitude in Pattaya is truly exceptional. This hotel is right by the beach, a bit far from the city center, but the environment is beautiful and quiet. The sea-view cliff-side restaurant next to the hotel is absolutely stunning for sunset views. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; the strange noises from the couple next door were quite persistent. 😂
The hotel environment is excellent, clean and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. The front desk lady, in particular, was very patient and helped us solve our problems. Even though we didn't speak Thai, she used a translator to assist us with various issues. Definitely a great review, and we'll certainly stay here again next time.
SUPREB support and services with hospitality since stepped out of the car. Nice view and very cleanness room with also nice taste of food outlet almost the same as star restuarant ( complimentary 15% off). Very nice location if you don’t want involving Pattaya terrible traffic , you can spend times around hotel where is plenty of nice beach restuarant by walking or short driving. Weather is now...
Superb nice room with value, good services & hospitality staff
The mattress was great, and the room was spacious! However, the bathroom was a bit too open for my liking.
It is a good property with wonderful view, amenities and spacious rooms, good service and American breakfast.
But lacks in employees who understand English and totally lacks with Indian food. If you can manage without Indian food then undoubtedly a good place to stay.
✨ Such a good relax ✨
A beautiful resort with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a truly relaxing getaway. The hotel is located right by the beach, making it easy to walk to the shore and enjoy the stunning sea views and sunsets from the property.

I recently spent a weekend at this hotel and was completely satisfied. I would particularly like to highlight the beautiful pool area, which was definitely the highlight of our stay.

Good hotel, very nice pool and good service
Nice hotel, I’m gonna stay there again. There’s also a restaurant on the front line
Nice hotel. Luckily we had an upgrade to the newer room near the pool. The room is nice with a small balcony. The breakfast was ok but the pool was really great.
Very clean and beautiful and peaceful
You can enjoy the pool over day to 9 p.m and stay bear it to hear the sound of water
Rooms balconys open toward the pool and house keeping is very good.
The only downside is that location is far from walking street. Which is the heart of pattaya in the night
Not the best room, had a view to a tree and a hallway, but they had a really good service and let us stay for two full days extra even though they were fully booked. They really saved our holiday
I stayed here every time I visited my friend. The Villa rooms are close to the sea, very nice view at both sunset & sunrise. Its swimming pool is beautiful. Its location is near the Naklua market where there are the seafood market & various home-recipe restaurants & food shops.
large rooms a little dated if you want a swimming pool this is the hotel for you
Nice place ,clean and comfy close the seafood market. Big pool. But wifi only in the lobby..Good value for money.
The room was very tidy and spacious. However, the lighting in the room was a bit dim. The bathroom was a little cramped, and the towels weren't very new. The bedsheets and duvet covers felt a bit damp; I suggest they be dried more thoroughly.
Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Arriving in the early morning after a long international flight, we were met with outstanding hospitality from the very first step into the lobby.

Mera Mare is ok. Kind staff and good breakfast. But the cleaning is terrible, i am sorry to say that.
On January 31st, around 1:05 p.m., my family and I went to the front desk to check out. My room number was 606, and the check-out time had been extended to 1:00 p.m. My mother’s room was 608, and at 12:00 p.m., she moved her luggage to my room. She also informed the housekeeping staff that room 608 could be cleaned as it was being vacated that day.
However, when we arrived at the front desk at 1:...
Location, food, staff and rooms are Best hotel ever in Pattaya.
The hotel was right infront of Pattaya Beach and in between two beach clubs which is awesome, but if you are an early sleeper, then its not advisable.
Friendly staff. Nice room, great large bathroom. It's located right in the middle of Boyztown, so don't be surprised. Walking Street, Beach Road, and more are all within walking distance.
Very good rooms, spacious and clean. It’s located in the middle of Boyztown, which you should know before going here. If it’s not your thing, you can better stay in another area. I was on the second floor where I had no problems at all with the music from the club downstairs. The staff is very friendly.
Location is closed to the walking street. In the boys town.
Hotel location is suoerb. Close to many shopping malls n room is spacious. Lift landing floor at lvl 3..room is spacious and good services
Wonderfull budget friendly Accommodation, my second time staying here and looking forward for future travels
Moved from a cheaper room to a more expensive room. In this room there were large gaps in the window. All the sounds from the street were very audible. Very Large rooms
Surly I'll be back
I stayed in this hotel for many times and I prefer the building near the reception, this time they send me to the other building I didn’t like that much but it was ok
Fantastic hotel. Opulence is the word I firstly think of. Staff are all extremely helpful and just so nice - shoutout to John in the pool bar. The sunset is stunning. Pool is lovely and clean. Rooms are beautiful. Food is ok. Short walk to the dolphin roundabout and then a Baht bus to the beach road - you can get the free bus from the hotel but we always managed to miss it! 100% we’d stay here again
The hotel is upscale and very luxurious. Although it's an older hotel, it has been beautifully renovated and still feels very comfortable and new. The environment is clean, and the pool is comfortable.

Decent stay, but choose your room wisely. We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which offered a good variety and quality. The pool area is also acceptable and serves as a nice spot to relax.
However, there are a few things to keep in mind:

A really great hotel, and not too far from the beach. The bedding was very clean, and the decor was quite dreamy. Overall, a fantastic stay.
The room was good, and the surroundings were great. The pool was large, and the staff were polite. Breakfast was decent, but the duvet wasn't the best. It was a bit pricey, but overall it was okay. The value for money isn't as good as in China, but it was still acceptable.
Nice hotel with a great pool think is about 60m long clean water. Within walking distance to food mall area and beach.
Great location
But beware of staff trying to downgrade your booking… if through ***********
Amazing pool and fish tank in the restaurant
The hotel looks nice and is nice in places. It could use some sprucing up. For a 12 day stay in Pattaya it was much more good than bad. The good was the air conditioning worked great, and the housekeeping staff were phenomenal. The bad is: there is an middle aged woman at check-in, who has a bad attitude and really tries to make things more difficult than necessary. Luckily, I didn't see her that often...
Non working tvs, broken shower head, broken toilet flush, some power socket on the wall isn't working. The location is Pretty good, 7-11 and restaurants nearby

I was a solo traveler. This hotel had a kitchen in the room and it was very helpful in order to keep my meals. Also very clean swimming pool.
The room was quite spacious, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly patient. The location is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining and drinking options, parking is available, and there's even a gym. Overall, a great place to stay.
