Hotel is worth the price, as the room size is decent. However, location can be better as it is always hard to locate it via bolt app.

The room was clean, which was great, but the pillow inserts had a slight odor. There were a lot of Korean and Indian tour groups staying at the hotel, so breakfast was a bit crowded and chaotic. The location is excellent; it's easy to catch a songthaew (local shared taxi) to Terminal 21 and other shopping areas. Plus, there's a Best Supermarket just out of the alley that's open until midnight and has a wide variety of goods.

Clean and hygienic, with better value for money compared to other hotels nearby. It's close to the bustling area; you can walk to the department store and the beach. Although it's a bit of a stroll, it's still acceptable. This price point is fantastic, highly recommended.

The hotel room is quite spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. It's really quiet at night, which is great for sleeping. Plus, they offer welcome drinks, and the pool is wonderfully relaxing. The hotel's location is also excellent. P4 refers to the sunset time at the pool.

Great location and good hygiene. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Terminal 21, and just a two-minute walk to the main street, so it's quite peaceful yet still conveniently located. The hotel's cleanliness and breakfast were both decent.

Highly recommend! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get to Terminal 21 and the beach. The hotel itself is also very quiet! Definitely recommend!

The room was very good and comfortable. It's close to the community, fresh market, and supermarket, making transportation convenient. It's private and not noisy.

After so many years on Trip.com, this was the first time I encountered a 'no room on arrival' situation, and it was at this hotel. They even tricked us into believing they'd arranged a sister hotel... I foolishly fell for it, only to find out it was a scam once we got there. The 'hotel' was a dump, located in a very noisy alley, small and run-down, more like a budget motel. This whole ordeal happened on New Year's Eve no less, meaning we got no sleep that night. To make matters worse, both my husband and daughter had influenza and colds, and we had an early flight the next day. I was absolutely furious! I complained to Trip.com, and their service, I must say, was impeccable – they compensated us immediately. But the hotel's behavior is utterly incomprehensible and unacceptable. I believe they should have simply admitted their mistake and offered compensation, allowing me to rebook somewhere else, instead of trying to con us with lies.
