Hotel Vista is a highly recommended hotel in Thailand. The overall environment is clean and tidy, with a modern design that still retains a vacation vibe. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the quality of rest is excellent. The staff are warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and transportation options nearby, making it suitable for both extended holidays and short trips. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would choose to stay here again.

Excellent stay! High standard and great location
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Vista. The room was spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and even had a nice balcony.
The hotel itself looks fantastic—it feels very new and maintains a really high standard. The staff were wonderful and provided great service throughout our stay, with a special mention to the bell boy who was incredibly helpful and kind.
The location is perfect, close to the beach and the shopping malls. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The Vista Hotel has a very good location – it is close to the beach, which is a big plus. The service deserves 5 stars: very helpful, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, with a balcony and a comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the view from the balcony was of the dirty wall of another building, which was a significant downside. In addition, the doors are poorly soundproofed – you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. The internet often disconnected and each time you had to re-enter your login and password. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for a short 2-3 day stay.

This was our first hotel after landing in Thailand. It's right next to a hospital that's under construction, but it was completely quiet at night. However, there are plenty of bars and massage shops nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. The hotel breakfast was also very good. For the National Day holiday, two nights cost less than 1,000, which is excellent value for money.

It's decent. Fairly clean (ignoring the dust I saw in the spotlight). It's close to the boardwalk, but don't get the wrong idea – none of the rooms have a sea view. So, getting a room on the 7th floor (out of eight) was good enough for me. Thanks.

The hotel environment is comfortable and elegant, and the service is warm and attentive. The facilities are complete and modern, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious. It offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! 👍😊

The hotel is very close to the beach and has a large pool. The water is a bit deep, so if you can't swim, be careful on the right side 👉 – I almost drowned when I stepped into a deep spot. The left side 👈 is the shallow end. The service was excellent, and I absolutely loved their cotton slippers; they were incredibly comfortable.

I mean you really can't beat this place, beachfront rooms, has a restaurant with actually good food and a massage parlor built-in.

I recently stopped by The Beachfront Resort with my partner for a morning meal and coffee, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The coffee definitely stood out – incredibly strong, possibly the strongest coffee in Pattaya! It gave us a good laugh and certainly woke us up for the day. The menu was also a nice surprise, with a decent range of vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. However, it was a little disappointing to see no choice of dairy-free milks, especially as more and more people are looking for alternatives like oat or soy. The setting was relaxed, the service was friendly, and the view made it a lovely place to start the day. With a couple of small improvements, it could easily become a top breakfast spot.

We had serious issues with both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the room. When we informed the receptionist, their reaction was rude and visibly irritated, with no sense of professionalism. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable — their attitude was actually frightening. It was so bad that we decided not to stay even a single night, despite having paid for two. The room was simply uninhabitable.
Also, the Wi-Fi on the 5th floor was completely unusable — no signal at all. We had to try connecting to other floors, but even then the signal was weak and unstable.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Missing items. Purchased 2 dress at floating market. Checked out and forgot them in dresser. Called them that evening and the receptionist said she would check with the cleaning staff. Got the call back and was told cleaning staff haven't seen it. I ask if they could check now, but she said room was occupied. Called back the next day and receptionist said no dresses to be found.
FYI, the dresses were cheap, my wife just liked them. If the staff is saying they haven't seen them, be careful of them not seeing any of your expensive items.
