Room smells terrible. There is a strong odor of cleaning product covering up a sewage stench.
Shower head has little water pressure.
Bell boy insisted on carrying up luggage despite wanting to do it myself as it was right in front of me. Thirty minutes later he delivers it to my room and insists on a tip. After giving him 1 USD, he asked me if he could have another.
This is not a 4 star hotel....
