I was genuinely interested in renting a bungalow from this provider, as I travel to Phangan regularly. However, after reading the review by AnttiV, I was deeply disturbed to learn that the owners reportedly attack stray dogs with baseball bats — and even attempt to justify such actions here on the site. We as humans need to speak out against animal cruelty whenever we can. This level of cruelty is appalling and inexcusable. Yes, stray dogs may carry illnesses, but rarely anything dangerous, and there are humane, compassionate ways to deal with such situations. Thankfully, there are also kind and civilized people who bring these animals to vets and shelters rather than resorting to violence. We are no longer living in a time where brutality is acceptable. You should feel deeply ashamed. No business that operates with such disregard for life deserves to succeed.
