Will absolutely be returning! 🌴✨
However, the bungalow room had some downsides. The bathroom had a strong smell, and the reception staff weren’t very welcoming. Also, there were hotel workers often hanging out just below our bathroom area, and I could definitely hear them, which made the stay less comfortable.
The only strange thing happened on my last day. The night before, I informed the hotel that I would be checking out early, but in the end, I changed my plans and didn’t inform the staff.
At 10:30 AM (half an hour before check-out time), I came back to my room and found that the hotel staff had already taken my belongings out of the room and packed them without my knowledge.
I felt terrible. Some of my cosmetic products had been spilled, and I felt like my privacy had been completely violated.
When I spoke to the staff, they insisted that I had said I’d be leaving early (which I had, but they could’ve called me — they used to call me quite often).
I was deeply hurt, especially because no one even apologized. That made it feel even worse, especially considering how long I had stayed there, how well they knew me, and how much effort I put into being kind and generous to them throughout my stay.
It was a very upsetting way to leave, especially without receiving any apology. I was truly hurt.
Comfortable bed, great pool, great bar and restaurant and a nice and friendly staff.
The only thing I would upgrade was the bathroom. It was quite bare and the water pressure was quite weak.
So, bottom line: Highly recommended
