PS I arrived at BlueSotel SMART around 11AM and even though check-in was officially at 3 PM. They welcomed me right away .

The bathroom had a bad smell too.
The breakfast was very good and the service at the rooftop pool was very good as well. We enjoyed swimming up there and also the close location to the beach and restaurants.
I recently stayed at BlueSotel SMART Krabi Aonang Beach, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is modern, stylish, and incredibly clean. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooftop infinity pool offers stunning views, and the hotel facilities including the gym and spa were excellent.
The location is also perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and other attractions in Aonang.
What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from Gina, one of the hotel staff. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Gina made me feel truly taken care of and made everything so much easier. Her warm hospitality left a lasting impression.
I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely return. Thank you to everyone at BlueSotel SMART and a special thanks to Gina for making my stay so memorable. Highly recommended!
