Great location.clean. I do agree with some reviews that some staff need more training. Thanks for the housekeeping staff. Check-in was smooth and perfect. Thanks to the lady who made it wonderful. Staff in the swimming pool must give safety instructions to guests, especially since some areas in the swimming pool are 1.20 m in depth and some are 1.40 m... So families should take care. Food and massage in the hotel is pricy, and breakfast needs to have more options. Restaurants in the surrounding areas are a bit pricey. Just go for Thai restaurants, not others. The best location to stay is close to the bust stop, which is around 1 KM on the same road towards the beach, which is 1 m from the bust stop.

Should really be a 2 star hotel with 3rd class customer service.
Had 4 bell men hanging out joking with each other yet none offered to help with the luggage to the car.
The room has one outlet so if you want to make your morning tea you will need to plug the hot water on top of your sleeping partners pillow.
Only two teabags available to a deluxe room of the cheapest tea available.
Bathtub is not useable. It’s on the balcony with full visibility to the building across and noisy street.
Room has no utensils or a bottle opener.
When requested a bottle opener from the room service we were refused and told to bring the soda bottle to the bar to be opened.
Corner drawer next to bed was broken and almost fell on the foot of my GF.
Shower door has opening right where you stand to shower. So folks across can get a nice naked view. Also it has no lock to secure the glass door in place. There was a big gust of wind that morning and it swung it open. Luckily no one hurt.
The security and parking man was great. Very helpful and we tipped him nicely on our way out.
Very disappointing experience compared to Holiday Inn across the street where we normally stay but was sold out.

Excellent stay! The hotel is in a central location, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and recently renovated, which made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine except for a small issue, which the hotel staff quickly resolved (a clogged shower drain and a non-functioning TV remote — the battery was dead 😅). Thumbs up to the staff who worked hard to make guests feel ‘comfortable at home.’ Warm greetings and a smile truly made all the difference.

Went for anniversary, hotel was in prime location. Have been staying at Bluesotel everytime I visit krabi, the service seems to be going down slope and not feeling welcomed. Appreciate the staffs efforts for decoration and welcome gift and drinks. But could be more welcoming. Housekeeping is until 11pm, staff was only able to top up the liquid soap the following morning. Aircon was slightly slow and took a very long time to cool the entire room. Overall, the experience was good, just some key improvement points would be to work on the breakfast variety and staff being more welcoming.

The hotel per general is nice, but they was doing construction day light , all the dirt was falling in the pool. And we had two rooms, my sister and her husband was in 2214 and I was in 2212, in the room 2213 someone was screaming, every night, not moaning. First we was thinking someone is fighting, after we understand that is probably ***, but the woman was screaming ,again not moaning, was impossible for us to sleep. We was thinking they are doing video or somethings like this , and asked the receptionist to call them and ask them to be quieter a bit. They didn’t do this, so we had live ***** audio 4 night in a row, and daytime we had construction materials falling in our pool. The staf was responding nice but action didn’t took at all. Pool in the roof top is amazing with its wonderful view! Room is good but not the best for cleanliness. Food and bar is alright but not worth it for its price (overpriced). Service is average - some guys were very polite and helpful esp the ladies from the resto and the old uncle helping with car parking/bags, some weren’t nice at all. Check-in/check-out experience wasn’t great. Prior to our arrival, I’ve reached out to the hotel to ask for a favor, mentioned about our flight timing and they said we can definitely late check-in and late check-out if room is available. We reached 8pm and before checking out I inquire about the request I previously asked but the receptionist immediately declined and asked for payment. Despite being in monsoon and at an almost empty season! Will never come back.

Mostly, I had satisfied for all but I think there need hair conditioner and hair pump was a little broken. The location is very good and can go for eating easily
