The Dream Garden in Ao Nang

Let's start with what is provided: two bottles of water, shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, instant coffee tea bags, cups, two bath towels, two beach towels, floor towels, cheap plastic chairs, hangers, safes, umbrellas, and a small mattress and clothes drying rack outside the room
Not provided: toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers (like most cheap hotels in Thailand), hair dryer, tissues, towels, hand sanitizer/soap, etc.

-Good location, only six or seven minutes walk from the intersection with fireshow on Ao Nang Beach, convenient living around, 711, McDonald's, Starbucks, etc. (like most hotels in Ao Nang), the price is acceptable

-Open the small refrigerator on the first day of stay When I got some water, I found several fruits left by the previous guest. I thought it was provided by the hotel at first, but then I thought if there was such a good thing, the hotel would definitely emphasize it, so I asked the people in the front office, and the cleaners came to take it away and said sorry.

-The air conditioner is not very cool. Even if it is turned on to 16 degrees with the maximum wind speed, the temperature of the wind is not very low, and only the area where the air conditioner blows is cool. Once you leave this small area, you feel like a room without air conditioning (including the table and TV area under the mattress platform, the hanger area and the toilet area). I don’t know if the air conditioner is too old or set to 28 degrees (just kidding). Then one night, it suddenly started dripping heavily. There was an empty mattress right below, and that large area was wet.

-The shower head looked normal at first, but when it was used, the movable part could not be fixed at all, and the large shower head on the top was completely unusable (it did not produce water even after switching)

-I didn't notice it when I was playing with my phone until 2 o'clock on the first night. I was ready to go to bed at 12 o'clock on the second night, and then I heard the music on the street. However, the room I stayed in required walking down several steps from the front office, so the sound was not particularly loud, and the rhythm was not particularly strong, so I could still sleep

-The lights in the room were distributed in various corners. Before going to bed, you need to walk through the whole room to turn off all of them, and the same is true for turning on the lights

-Checking out at 11 o'clock is really rare

The bathroom did not have toilet paper. Didn't even have a holder for toilet paper. There was no toilet paper in the entire room.

The staff was friendly, yes, but a hotel not having toilet paper is a 1 star all the way. I was at room A14.
