Very good breakfast here.

The hotel is great and well designed and maintained
There is a renovation going on in some areas which might be a bit uncomfortable but they are doing their best to accomodate guests through it
There is no early check in. you will get in your room by 3:00 if it is busy. I asked for late checkout several times which was also hard to get due to occupancy.
Restaurant staff, security guys at the entrance will go beyond the limit to help you.
Overall nice place and good for the price.

I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The resort itself is tucked away in a peaceful part of Cape Panwa, which was perfect for me since I wanted to relax away from the busy tourist spots.

The hotel is at a nice beach but not connected to any other bars at the beach. The beach has no other restaurant or bars. It is quiet and perfect place to relax. No nightlife at all. A massage and pharmacy is direct across the street and some restaurants. We just stayed one night as planned.

The seaview was breathtaking and two thumbs up for the in house amenities. Quite a variety for the buffet breakfast. I love the hotel environmental sustainability policy.

I recently had the chance to stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was truly impressive in every way. If you’re looking for privacy, relaxation, and warm hospitality, this is one of the best places to stay in Phuket.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Special thanks to K. Micky at reception, who gave excellent recommendations, and to K. Fah, the yoga instructor who led open-air yoga sessions every morning with a stunning sea view and fresh breeze. The life service team also helped me enjoy activities like kayaking and paddle boarding, while every staff member I met was professional, attentive, and always willing to help.

The room met the high Pullman standard — spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and fresh every day. I loved the separated bathroom and shower areas, the thoughtful layout, the work desk, and the private balcony for relaxation. Everything was very comfortable and convenient.

The view here is incredible. Since the hotel has its own private beach, it’s peaceful and not crowded. I woke up to beautiful sunrises over the white sand and could easily walk into the sea, go kayaking, or paddle boarding. During high tide, you can swim right at the beach, and when the tide is low, it’s perfect for a peaceful walk while watching the crabs and enjoying the sea breeze. For swimming, the resort also has a nice pool that opens early in the morning. And just a 5-minute walk away, you can reach Panwa Beach Viewpoint or even visit the Phuket Aquarium nearby.

The hotel offers many activities: shuttle buses to Phuket Town on two routes, outdoor beach activities, and even a movie night for kids. The property itself is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast was excellent too — a wide selection, tasty dishes, and great value.

Overall, this was one of the most refreshing and recharging stays I’ve ever had. Whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with friends, Pullman Phuket Panwa is a perfect choice. 💙

I have stayed at Pullman Hotels many times in different cities. This one was surprisingly me that 50% of staff was not friendly.

The location was very quiet, peaceful, very clean hotels. The beach was very nice and clean. Lots of children.

Breakfast was fantastic.

Great location. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. We have been upgraded to a family room with bunk bed as the requested connecting rooms are not available when we arrived. All in all, our stay was very pleasant!

In a very quiet area of Phuket away from the crowds. Location is ideal for a relaxed holiday in paradise. The pool beach and restaurants are all great. A limited number of options outside the hotel to eat at if you want and additional time needed to travel to do activities outside of the hotel. Otherwise all fantastic activities, food and facilities available in the hotel
