GLOW Ao Nang Krabi in Ao Nang

My experience at GLOW Ao Nang Hotel was quite disappointing. The hotel lacked basic hospitality and customer service. For a simple request like salt, I was asked to come down to the bar counter instead of receiving it through room service. There was no welcome drink provided, and before check-in they asked for a 1000 THB deposit, which felt unnecessary given the overall service quality.

The room size was small, and there were drainage issues in both the basin and bathroom. The kids’ area was poorly maintained, and to make it worse, they closed it at 6:00 PM, which seemed quite odd and inconvenient.

The location is also not very close to the beach, and considering the price, there are definitely better options available in Ao Nang. For Indian travelers, the only positive is that several Indian restaurants are within walking distance.

Overall, the hotel is not baby-friendly. They even denied a basic request for milk, which made the stay more difficult. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to families or those expecting decent hospitality.

Had an unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. Hygiene is not maintained, the tea cups in the room were worn out and not clean, no toothpaste or tootbrush provided, there is laundry or some cleaning room rightbin front of the lift which stinks most of the time and we inhale that while waiting for the lift, had drainage issue in the washroom which took almost a day to fix, however I requested for another room to freshen up but that was a hassle for us. We were not able to plan our day well due to this issue. Breakfast wasn't up to mark, lacked taste with very limited options.
Location wise its amazing because its near to the beach, night market, many Indian restaurants, spa. But when you get back to the hotel to relax and there is no comfort then the location benefit doesn't count for me.
Will not recommend this place.

I don't understand why this hotel worth for 4 stars.

The room condition was awful.
The wall and the bed were broken.
The kettle and cups are old and dirty.
The toilet material was all aged and dirty.

The breakfast was limited choice.
And the display of food was bad. You wouldn't have appetite when you see.

The location to aonang beach and street was a long walk. Was the hotel located at the end of aonang.

We will not come back for second time.
