All was fine. Express check in & Check out.
For check out just drop the keys into the box & you may Go.
Rooms are clean. Kettler and coffee with milk and sugar in the room. Also two 0.5 Liter of water every day.
1 big and one small towel per person.
The only thing is from 8 am started the floor is very loud.
Motorbike is able to be booked from the hotel itself.
Cons. Reception must be open 24 hrs.

Clean rooms, pleasant service. Close to airport. Good price. Note: No desk service after 22:00. My second time at this Hotel, I had to change the date to the next day because of a delayed flight. I had already paid online. I called the hotel in the morning that I was booked and they changed my booking with no questions and no extra charge.

On 18th August, I booked a room at this hotel on booking.com where it explicitly said there was a 24 hour front desk. We were travelling from Malaysia that day so I knew we would arrive late. We arrived at 11pm in the rain to find the hotel completely closed with no one at the desk, needing a key card to enter. So with no internet access, we had to find other accommodation in the rain. This was unfortunate but not the worst part.

Of course, I contacted the property at the time and have done so repeatedly since but they are yet to reply to me. I paid for the room in advance on booking.com and I still have not yet received a refund or any communication!
THEY STOLE MY MONEY! Do not trust them!

A hotel is near to the bus station. The room is noisy as it is located at the main road and a bit dirty full of dust. AC in our room was not working properly, The room is acceptable at the price paid. Would not recommend to people who have big/heavy luggage as the hotel has no lift. Unfriendly staff.

The only thing is from 8 am started the floor is very loud. You hear the people talking, doors opening and closing and chairs and table are moved. It’s very loud. At night it was quiet.
Motorbike is able to be booked.

Accommodating staff and nice rooms. If you don't have transportation, it's not the best location to go out for drinks or dinner. I do recommend it because it's a nice place and even better if you have a car or a scooter.

Nice little hotel, but with one big issue - our room was full of small ants all over our clothes and food. Didn't happen to us in several other hotels in Thailand.
