We have just returned from staying in the Alisea pool villas. We had an amazing time. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Breakfast delivered to our room every morning. The pool was clean and spacious. The staff were the best they did so much for us. We loved staying here and can't wait to return. Thank you to Kookai and all the wonderful staff who welcomed us and made our holiday special. Can't wait to return

What a wonderful place! The villa is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The private pool was a wonderful experience—we didn't even make it to the beach! The hotel shuttle is convenient, free on a scheduled basis, and you can take it anywhere you want for 150 baht. There's an elephant shelter just across the street. You can also go kayaking nearby; the staff arranged the excursion and took us there. We ordered food directly to the villa; the selection was excellent, everything was delicious, and most importantly, very affordable.

A nice place to stay during our week in Ao Nang. Easy to access from Ao Nang beach and also to go north to Klong Muang beach. The Villa is in great condition and the Pool was so appreciated. I would give the place 5 stars if the area was nicer. A tiny thing to improve is the kitchen equipment. There were no cutting knife, no toaster and the frying pan was bent.

Alisea Pool villas was the perfect base for our holiday in Ao Nang. The 3 bedroom villa was a great size for our family of 4, and the pool was a big hit with our young daughters. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and breakfast served in the villa each day was a lovely treat (along with a coffee from TJs just 2 mins walk from the villa). The villa’s are in a quiet area outside of the town, but it’s easy to reach central Ao Nang on the shuttle bus or in a taxi in 10 mins.

We stayed at Alisea Pool Villas for two weeks in December 2025. The villa was spacious with a livingroom, kitchen, separate bedroom, large garden and private pool. The bed was a bit hard, but even though we slept very good. The airconditioning in the livingroom did not work too well, but the the bedroom was nice and cool. Breakfast was a la carte and served in the villa, it was very delicious! There was a complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang three times a day, we used it at 18:00 to dine and shop in the evening. To go back, we took a tuk-tuk from the Landmark night market for 150 Baht. All the staff did their very best to make us feel welcome and nothing was too much, thank you staff of Alisea! If you are looking for a private pool villa around Ao Nang, this is the place to book.

We stayed in a one-bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was spacious, with a large bedroom, bathroom (with bath and separate shower), lounge and kitchen/dining area. This is a self catering villa with basic cooking facilities, however if you book breakfast they deliver it to your villa in the morning. The villa is a bit dated but nothing that spoilt our stay. The pool was wonderful, especially on a hot day. We stayed in villa 101 which was close to the entrance so there was road noise when sat by the pool but didn’t really notice it in the villa. These villas are about 3.5 km from Ao Nang but there is a free daily shuttle bus and a grab taxi is less than 100 THB. The staff here are so helpful and friendly and really make your stay wonderful.

I'd like to share my impressions of the Alisea pool villa in Ao Nang.
I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel itself. We had a wonderful detached three-bedroom house with a huge living room and a pool in the courtyard. The living room has an electric stove, microwave, kettle, and refrigerator, along with plenty of dishes.
Clean, cozy, and beautiful.
The staff is attentive, understanding, and speaks English.
You can order food to your door. We also enjoyed a Thai massage.
The hotel offers a free shuttle to Ao Nang (beach, city center, and night market) three times a day.
Return trips are by local taxi.
Also, in the opposite direction from the hotel, there's a nice beach called Klong Muang.

The hotel is perfect for families. The swimming pool in the courtyard is perfect for family fun. The service was very friendly, and the breakfast served in the room was very generous and filling.
